Месторасположение почти идеальное рядом, с копакобана Пэлас.Вид из номера отличный. Да, думаю мелкий ремонт и мытьё окон непомешают.А так же заменить пластмассовые орхидеи на живые цветы. |

Отель прекрасно расположен. Из окна открывается сразу два вида - на горы со знаменитой статуей Христа и на море. Номера удобные с оригинально сделанной ванной.Из отеля выходишь прямо на набережную и попадаешь на пляж. Отель имеет свою территорию на пляже с зонтиками, лежаками, полотенцами. Территория охраняется, поэмотому можно оставлять вещи и прогуливаться по пляжу. Я бы порекомендовала сделать более разнообразным меню для завтрака. Фрукы и соки великолепны. Но я бы добавила что-то в качестве альтернативы вечной яичнице. Мне не очень плнравилось, что во время ланча официант принес мне блюдо-закуску, которое я не заказывала, а потом включил его в счет, несмотря на то, что я поставила его в известность, что я не заказывала это блюдо. |

Location is perfect right on Copacabana beach and the view for the room is awesome! - the hotel staff makes you the most expensive recommendations (restaurants, taxi, bars) even if you ask for a non-fancy place - i felt cheated! - don't take the taxis from the hotel (3 time more expensive), don't go to the restaurants recommended at reception! |

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Superb breakfast with fabulous views of Copacabana. Very comfortable rooms. The advertised lateral view of the sea is in fact only visible when out on the balcony. From the room itself one faces the buildings on the other side of a narrow street. The hotel has only 2 lifts which makes for long waits (interminable at breakfast time). |

The location, just in front of the Copacabana beach, Metro and busses can be reached in 5 minutes walk. The prices for local phone calls are not acceptable at all, even worse that there is no pricing sheet in the room. If you need to reconfirm a flight and have to wait in the calling center line for 30 minutes it costs you 25 Euros. |

The location without a doubt. The view from our room was amazing as was the roof top pool's view. I would say that the day to day cleaning could be better. |

Perfect place to stay, particularly for those who come to Rio for the first time. You will gey a very good memory for your visit because the location of the hotel. Ijust feel that the price of room is really expensive. I did not like the hotel charges guests high cost for internet connection. That practice is out of the trend. |

Staff very friendly.. all speak fluent English at reception. The bellboys and porters, even the cleaners also speak basic English. Room was small, but very comfortable and clean. Restaurant and swimming pool on top have great views. the day tours they offered at reception were about three times the price you can pay at other tour operators |

The rooftop pool has excellent views of the beach and the breakfast was great! The room was a bit small and the bath very small given the price paid. |

The reception staff were excellent, especially their English, were always ready to offer assistance and provided us with lots of local information and recommendations. The view from our room was magnificent. |

The location The photos were far away from the reality. The hotel is older, the rooms very different, bathrooms old and not fresh. The earlier rewievs was not accurate. When I was in the reception many guest complained about the hotel. |

The hotel was clean modern, amazing staff and just perfect. We would highly recommend this hotel and I would go back if returning to Rio. We overlooked the Copacabana beach from our room, which was beautiful. Our room was stunning and so clean. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is decent with ample choice. Nice views over Copacabana beach, especially from the rooftop pool area. The location is perfect but the surrounding area is a bit rundown and dodgy at night. |

Beautiful spot for sunrise and sunset. Estonishing view on twilight time ,on the Corcovado from pool welcoming jesture: champania! Delightful service in recepsion and breakfast special jesture with any food avaleble Please, make it happen again, oh god! But let it be on better WEATHER.......and cheaper |

The balcony off our room overlooking Copacabana Beach wass wonderful. We had a lovely stay at the Porto Bay Rio - the room was excellent and the staff were very helpful. We would certainly stay there again if we went back to Rio. |

The roof top pool bar is very nice with good atmosfere and beautifull view I stayed on the 5th floor and sometimes it was a bit noisie because of the cleaning girls station is on the fith flour. So better ask to stay higher |

especially the location (beach, bank, restaurants, some shopping), good size of room (and of bathroom), breakfast, friendliness of staff it wasn't a very funny adventure that the water in my room (which was on the 8th floor) was cut off in the middle of the afternoon while I was having a shower(!). But of course such a thing can happen anywhere. |
