Superb location and ideal place for those who want convenience, a beautiful environment and friendly staff, but not for those who want a lot of action. Communication with the staff was sometimes a bit tricky since none of us spoke Portuguese/Spanish. However, I can strongly recommend a vacation at this hotel. . Prices in the restaurant was a bit high.

O atendimento foi excelente e sentimo-nos em casa. Tudo foi perfeito e a praia em frente ao hotel é espetacular. Também o quarto era de bom tamanho, com uma bela vista do mar e os eletroeletrônicos funcionaram a contento. Talvez o hotel não seja tão moderno e luxuoso como eu gostaria. Entretanto o bom atendimento, limpeza e a praia tornaram a estadia muitíssimo agradavel. Com certeza voltaremos!

Excelente localização, de frente à praia da Enseada e o pessoal muito atencioso. Quartos são um pouco antigos, precisando melhorar um pouco mas nada que desagrade.

La atención es muy personalizada ,hay un muy buen ambiente ,es muy acogedor ,las pareja que me recibió son muy amables y preocupados de hasta los más mínimos detalles y especialmente si quieres conocer cerca del lugar las coordinaciones perfectas. Volvería encantado

Gostei da limpeza efetuada nos quarto deixando todos os dias bem limpinho e cheiroso. Gostei da vista para o mar com lindas paisagens não só da praia como da natureza exuberante ao redor com muitas árvores da mata atlântica ficando deslumbrante esse binômio praia/mata preservada quase na sua totalidade. O preço do almoço e da janta, pois pratos simples custando mais de r$ 100,00 reis é um preça exorbitante, quando posso ir no Restaurante Chicos em São Paulo, na Ponte Rasa, na Avenida São Miguel e comer pintado na brasa (prato para 2 pessoas) que pintado delicioso na brasa receado com queijo por r$ 60,00 reais um ambiente de restaurante muito fino e com muitos garçons e bem vestidos e lustres gigantes e lindos num ambiente muito romântico. Assim a unica coisa deixou a desejar era o preço da alimentação, que mesmo comendo fora do hotel eram muito caros e gosto ruim da comida com pouco tempero e sabor.

A gentileza presteza dos funcionários e direção do hotel, além da localização privilegiada. A falta de TV a Cabo e, principalmente, a inexistência de rede wi-fi nos apartamentos.

Sua localização é algo muito interessante, segurança ,tranquilidade para descançar e ficar bem a vontade com minha família e neto, não precisamos atravessar avenidas para estar interagindo com mar é muito interessante. Os preços da alimentação poderiam ser mais acessíveis ou incluir mais uma refeição pelo preço pago .
