Hotel Porto Sol Quality    

To us the hotel was perfect! Very friendly staff, great service! Clean big and comforable rooms. Great breakfast and dinner - different menu everyday (5 dinners), big selection and tasty. Close to the beach, the hotel can provide you with an umbrella, beach chairs and towels for free. Nice play room with billiard table, ping pong, and big TV. The hotel is simply designed but is providing big spaces, rooms and great service and facilities! We felt we didn't need to worry about anything- all was covered! We also got a welcome bottle o champagne- as we were on our honeymoon - which was a nice touch.

The position (very close to the beach), the receptionist very helpfull and friendly, they take care of the common areas very well (es. pool, gardens), variety at breakfast and dinner and, overall, good meals but.....PLEASE...tell the cook to avoid the beef!!! It is true that the waitrers are not speaking English but they try their best to understand what you need (I'm Italian and not speaking Portuguese). About Internet I had no problem anywhere inside and outside the hotel (worked well in the pool area as well and bedroom). The first night I had a leaking washbasin and, because was almost 9 pm when I called the reception, they moved me in another room. They changed my towels everyday!!!

1) to pay the room in advance (never happen in my life... but..different country different habits) 2) in the half-boarding beverage are not included (I understand alcool...but water????) 3) surprisingly, the dirstiest room I saw was the restaurant...often the floor had rice and other traces from the night before dinner and the window bracket had never been cleaned in a week: very dysty and with crumbs...I am a cook and I can assure you, instead, that kitchen and pantry were very clean (I saw them through open doors) 4) it's true the air conditioner is VERY NOISY, but it worked...so... buy some good ear plugs and enjoy your nights!

Good breakfast/dinner selection. Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants. Hotel stuff is friendly but unfortunately they do not speak any english.

Its a budget friendly family hotel, i would not recommend it for singles or group of friends. The area is also very commercial. Rooms are basic, internet connection is only in the communal areas. The air con is very old and loud. The hotel asks you to pay all the fees up front which is unusual.

We've enjoyed our staying there. They have a good infra-structure, comfortable and clean rooms and a very kind staff. It's a nice place for children have fun, mainly due to be very near seaside. Actually it is a good cost-benefit choice!

A localização.

O descaso dos funcionários quando achamos um rato (sim, um rato bem vivo andando pelo quarto) muito nojento e eles não disseram e nem fizeram nada a respeito. Não deram a menor bola. Apesar da boa localização, não recomendo o hotel.

Acomodações confortáveis. Meus filhos de 10 e 7 anos amaram o hotel, por causa da piscina, quadra (em não muito boa condição) e salão de jogos. Pessoal da recepção muito hospitaleiro. Recomendo.

Foi difícil chamar um taxi, por fim veio uma van e me cobrou um valor absurdo para um trecho curto, mas como estava chovendo tive que ir.

Do tamanho do quarto e banheiro, a existência de bancadas para apoio tanto no quarto quanto banheiro. Localização sossegada, longe de barulho. Instalações/mobiliário de cor clara e bem conservadas.

Televisão antiga poucos canais. Ar condicionado antigo e barulhento. Serviço de recepção e serviços faltam detalhes como ferro de passar roupa que nao tem. Nao há copo de vidro no quarto e quando pedi nao me arrumaram. Acho que eles pecaram em poucos detalhes.

barulho de manhÃ, cadeiras do piso do restaurante por cima do quarto.

O atendimento é muito bom.

O wi-fi no quarto é muito ruim. Conseguir um sinal wi-fi é uma aventura a parte e, quando consegue, cai fácil. Outro ponto negativo é os canais da tv a Cabo. A variedade é péssima. Sinais simples com tnt e Megapix não funcionavam! Minha lua de mel se resumiu a Fox (Simples) e Sportv

O ar-condicionado não estava funcionando, mas deixei a janela aberta e tudo ok.

Infra-estrutura de lazer mal conservada.

Do atendimento, das acomodaçoes. Da equipe . dos cafés muito bem servidos, dos jantares maravilhosos....do pronto aATENDIMENTO sempre que foi solicitado.

Da falta de corrimâo na entrada do elevador. Achei o piso bastante vulnerável para um escorregão, falta de tapete no elevador para absorver a aguá, das pessoas que entram no mesmo molhadas. Falta de iluminaçcao em frente ao hotel.pois como saimos de madrugada achei que dificultou para carregar as malas. No box dos chuveiros seria interessante providenciarem uma barra de apoio.

Seguridad y confort para los niños... La simpleza de las habitaciones. Muy buen desayuno. Las instalaciones son muy amplias y todo muy limpio.
