Nothing. From day one it was no good. Staff were unhelpful. General condition of the hotel was poor. Not clean. Yes - poor service from the staff. Especially 2 at the front desk who ignored us because we spoke English. Also, the service for breakfast in the restaurant was total rubbish! |

good location rooms in front are close to busy road, too noisy also during the night. But we could change rooms and then it was fine |

the people at the reception where very helpful breakfastroom is small when the hotel is full and the staff didn't clean the tables quickly to make room for new people. Juices were not fresh like you expect in Brazil. The whole breakfast was just average. |
