A equipe é muito educada e prestativa. A localização é excelente, fica atrás da rodoviária e perto do Centro. O café da manhã é muito bom. A limpeza excelente. A cama e o chuveiro eram maravilhosos!

Proprietária e funcionários muito atenciosos, prestativos e muito educados. Pousada situa-se em lugar previlegiado da cidade, praticamente centro. Cidade maravilhosa, encantadora, tudo muito bonito, diferente de todas as cidades. Povo muito educado.

Excelente hotel. confortável, com funcionários atenciosos e prestativos e um maravilhoso café da manha. A localização é perfeita, em frente a rodoviária e próxima das principais atrações de gramado.

Gostei de tudo, quarto, café, limpeza, conforto, atenção, localização, estrutura de Lazer. Quando fizer outra viagem, vou ficar nesta mesma pousada. Excelente, recomendo a todas as Famílias. O tempo passou muito ligeiro.

Gostei do Atendimento de 2 funcionários a Aline e o Marcelo. A Aline desde a reserva em Setembro foi muito atenciosa comigo e o Marcelo teve muita atenção com minha família. Tinha visitado a pousada em 2009 e achei tudo novo: quarto, banheiro com blindex, cama, tv lcd. Então no Natal de 2012 resolvi levar a família e continua tudo Novo e muito LImpo. A Pousada fica a 100 metros da rodoviária, facilita viagens na cidade e para cidades vizinhas. Ao lado tem um restaurante mais em conta e um salão de beleza. Na frente fica o Batalhão de Polícia e dar sensação de segurança quando andei na rua as 23horas. Fiquei 6 dias, utilizei a Piscina Térmica e a sala de Fitness(Equipamentos Novos) por 3 dias. A pousada fica a 300 metros do Mini Mundo e do Show da Natividade, fica a 700 metros da rua principal de Gramado. O Lago Negro fica a 4km, dá para ir caminhando, um dia acordei cedo e fui correndo e fotogrando a paissagem. O Café da manhã é muto variado e o espaço é excelente. Aluguei um carro e colocava no estacionamento coberto da Pousada, sem nenhum custo, mas quase todos os Show fui a pé mesmo, pois são próximo da pousada. Por toda esta comodidade paguei r$ 350 a diária e para os padrões de Gramado está muito bom. Então achei o custo x Beneficio ótimo, minha família também adorou. Em 2013 irão cobrir a piscina e construir um espaço kids, vai ficar melhor. Sou de Fortaleza-CE.
