Clean, good breakfast, good wifi, parking, value for money, good shower.
good localisation, nice staff and very supporting, clean and big rooms, good price, good brekfest
cold water in the small swimming pool
The manager can speek good English. Very helpful and make you feel like home. He can arrange taxi, tour, advice on board crossing, and what's the best way of doing things. We had a good time during our stay.
People of the Staff are very friendly and hwlpful. Breakfast is good for the Price. Locatione is in enough close to the city center (1km).
The rooms are not clean ( specially the cover) and in the toilet there is a bad smell.
Well located, family room option
Wifi only in public areas, rooms quite small
Our room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was great and worked hard to accommodate our needs. Before we arrived we conversed with them about tours and guides for the Falls. They found us a top-notch guide who spoke English (as well as Portuguese, Spanish, French and German) who helped us make the best use of our time and educated us about what we were visiting.
Only glitch was Booking.com relayed incorrect credit card info to hotel and we were in the countryside where there was no access to email or phone so did not find out there was a problem until we were on our way to the hotel. Luckily they had not rented our room yet so we were able to stay with them.
the price is cheap. breakfast is good many choices. close to the supermarket 10 minutes by walk. there also has a shopping mall cost 30 minutes to walk there.
only one staff at the front desk, but a lot of people have questions. need to wait maybe 10-15 minutes.
It's a small but good place to stay. Not something special but i think is proper for Foz do Iguaçu.Good location, good service, good breakfast.
Kind of old facilities, not a secure door.
The hotel organised a driver to take us to the falls and then to our next hostel on the Argentine side of the falls and then back to our hostel - this helped us out a lot, it wasn't too expensive and our driver was a great guy! The breakfast was also yummy.
The walls were really thin, I could hear the guy in the next room puking all night. Gross!
Breakfast was awesome Nice pools, more than one Kids play area
I did like the comfort of it's rooms, the breakfast was so good and the people over there are so kind. Also, this place is a great location to get the Iguazu falls and the birds park, two of the most attractive places to visit there.
- free breakfast - comfortable beds and chairs - nice cooking area with a charcoal fire pit - staff to help plan outings - easy to get around from
- flies in the room when we got there - the try to tack on $R40/person teansportation whenever you book anything (the bus is $R2.85/person)
Good value for money stay.
We were given a free drop by taxi to a restaurant recommended highly by the staff. It turned out to be astronomically expensive by Iguassu or a small town standard. Wish the staff would understand that guests choose the property for its high value for money, and this purpose gets defeated when we end up spending close to 150 Reals for a meal for two!
The location and the value for money
Convenient location for reaching both Iguazu falls (by bus/car) and downtown Foz do Iguazu (within walking distance). A good connection to the airport. A clean and well-maintained house. Good service. The staff is very friendly, and complaisant, doing their best to make you enjoy your stay. The gusthouse offers tours to various sightseeings. The staff is particularly helpful in advising on and organizing custom-tailored tours.
Affordable, although priced highly for the room and facilities. Good that it had a kitchenette facility.
Very run down building. Flooded inside of the hotel when it rained. Kitchenette was not very clean.
Location is good! The staff is very friendly and help you with everything! Breakfast excellent. The rooms are not luxury but just good, clean. Good place to stay.
Good location, swimming pool, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
Breakfasts - wonderful choice, always plenty, very helpful advice, tours available and information given at initial booking. Always someone on duty who could speak English or understand my faltering Portuguese.
It has a good cost benefit
-Staffs of pousada was very nice. -Good neighbor, environment was also nice. -Wonderful breakfast. -A couple of blocks from bus station.
-Man at front gave me fleeced rate about sightseeing. It was uncomfortable. (On the other hand side, staffs were nice enough to help me at the end.)
Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast with all kinds if different breads, cakes, drinks. Clean and tidy
Noisy rooms due to aircondition system right outside window Not too spacious rooms with a lot of luggage. Found it a bit expensive for what we got
Amazing breakfast. The hotel is not so far away from the centre- walking around 20 min.
We have been accommodated in the new part of the hotel, the building opposite- smelled of paint in the corridor. In the building there was a small swiming pool if you are bored because there is nothing to do around except visiting the main attractions. If the hotel offer you a trip to Paraguay for shopping- do not go- waste your time- small shoping centre, expensive and most of the shops were closed.
The staff was very friendly and most of them could speak English quite well. The breakfast was quite good and the room was quite clean. It was a nice stay and I would definitely recommend it.
Pool area and somewhere outside to sit at the end of the day. Kettle and tea cups
The shower was difficult to control the temperature. Hot water was very hot! No tea bags/ coffee or sugar.......would have been a very nice touch!
