We had a great stay at Morro De Sao Paulo for nine days and our choice of hotel was a big factor. We would definitely recommend this place!
For us the location was great; quiet, great view, right at the beach, short distance to both the other beaches and the village and restaurants. Even if you have a bit to carry it shouldn’t take you more than 10 minutes to get there.
The room (we stayed in the suite with an amazing view) was super comfortable. We had a big room, shower, Jacuzzi, tv, mini- fridge, internet and the best terrace ever. This room really made our stay extra nice because when the sun was too warm or it rained we could just retreat to the room and still take in the island. I also looked at the other rooms (some friends joined us) and they looked clean and a lot of room.
We were also very impressed with the level of service of the staff and manager. Unfortunately, good service is not always a given, but they did everything to make our stay comfortable. Just for the outgoing and service minded staff the place is worth a stay. But there is also the element of the breakfast that was a nice surprise. Since we are from the north of Europe, we do not eat as much white bread and cakes for breakfast as Brasillians. We were therefore very happy to find different types of bread, eggs, pies and coffe without sugar in addition to fruit, cakes, spread, juices and so on. The breakfast was a the best we have had in Brazil.
