Pousada Magia Verde  

It consists of individual bungalows, with a lovely design and very comfortable. It is very quiet and relaxing. Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

Be aware that the hotel is not in the centre of town. It's a 20-30 minute walk or you will need to take a taxi.

Loved Paraty great weekend with good restaurants and bars many art shops and tours.

Taxis were a real pain! Not many of them and expensive for Brasil

Location was excellent if you have a car -- a 2-3 minute drive to the edge of the historic area. The pousada is right on the river, which you can see from both the pool and the open-air restaurant. It was relaxing to get away from the bustle of the center of town and sit outside in a peaceful setting. Breakfast was excellent; dinner was also fine, though we stuck to simpler items. Staff very, very friendly.

It is not really walkable to the center, at least when the termperatures are 36 degrees Celsius-plus, and I suspect that trudging back and forth on the local bus would be too much bother.

The staff is really helpful Is near the downtown. So really quiet place , a lot plant and a river near. If you stay a place in downtown in the carnival is too noise

Really simple place.. But is ok if you don't want a place too luxury

The pousada was easy enough to find, and there was plenty of parking.The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The bathrooms exceeded my expectations.

We had two rooms that were supposed to be the same. However, one room had a douvet and comfortable chairs whilst the other had a sheet on the bed and no additional seating...as both room were supposed to be superior rooms I was disappointed. Checkout was very slow.

Good location - not too far from the city center & next to the river. Good breakfast.

Don't be in a hurry if you want to have dinner...

The pousada was a bit "far" from the center.

The owner of the villa went out of his way to help us with our travels. He cared about his hotel and it showed in everything they did. I would rate him a 5 star.

The environment is inside the hotel, trees, plants, river close. If you are by car the historical centre is near.

They are completely disorganized, they have made changes in my room type that caused problems to me. When complaining to owner he told me the problem was caused because "who answered my phone call was the clean lady and she was not able to perform the correct change requested", ????!!!. The cleaning was not acceptable and a general training with all staff is highly required. They miss lots of details like no sugar in the coffe room, no internet password available, no paper in he tolilet after cleanup, no enought towels in the room, it was necessary to solve those little problem every time. I do not recommend

A bit of a hick into town

Very relaxing place in a wonderful location/ city

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They lent us bikes to get around town and looked after us. The breakfast was amazing and the gardens were beautiful.

It was quite far from the old town, about a 20 minute walk.

We satayed at Magia Verde for 7 nights and had a fantastic time. It is located on the edge of Paraty but the 15 minute walk to town was no problem. The bus stop is just at the end of the road with regular buses to all the local beaches etc and a little futher down the road there is a big supermarket. Magia Verde is like a little slice of paradise by the river. The owner was very nice and he spoke perfect english and was very helpful and knowledgable with information on the beaches and places to visit and bus times etc. He has some old bikes that you can use free. Or some newer ones for hire. The breakfast was amazing! So much to choose from and very nice. The breakfast alone kept us going all day and for a few mornings due to change overs we were the only 2 people at breakfast and the selection was just as huge and just for us! Staying at Magia Verde in Paraty was one of the best holidays ever and the highlight of our trip to Brazil.

Local tranquilo, ótimo pra relaxar, curtir o verde.

Um pouco distante do centro histótico (turístico) da cidade.

Buscabamos descansar y lo logramos,estuvimos practicamente solos y nos sentiamos como en nuestra casa,cómodas habitaciones,muy completo el desayuno,sin apuros, buenisima la pileta con vista al rio.Muy buena la idea de ofrecer toallas en un bolso para la playa.

Lejos del centro ( en nuestro caso no nos molestó, lo tomabamos como ejercicio pero puede llegar a molestar) El único inconveniente fue que de cuatro dias, dos de ellos se olvidaron de hacer las habitaciones.

A cidade é linda, o café da manhã da pousada é bom, o quarto é aconchegante.

O preço não se enquadra ao todo, poderia ser mais barato pelo que oferece, o atendimento é frio e sem calor humano.

Poxa gostei de tudo, fui em busca de conforto integrado com a natureza e foi isso que vi. Recomendo !
