The view from the balcony was fantastic - Christ the Redeemer on one side, and Ipanema beach on the other. The breakfast area was tiny and enclosed, and the food not so flash. Staff in that area were not so friendly. The room was not quite as expected: The air con was very noisy and dripped water; there were strange cabinets that appeared to have been boarded up so we didn't have as much storage space as it looked like we could have. We requested twin beds and this had not been actioned on our arrival, however was rectified immediatly we pointed out the error. |

nada, muy mala disposicion del personal... Que ante un corte de energia electrica, no tengan generador propio y se deba subir y bajar 10 pisos por escalera. Que con los ascensores cortados, tengan el poco criterio de cerrar el desayuno puntualmente a las 10:00 y recien ante mi comentario accedieron a prolongar el horario. Al 2do dia nos retiramos del hotel. Sin ninguna reparacion, mas alla de no pagar la estadia. |

O apartamento é confortável e possui uma vista ampla da praia de Ipanema, é bem iluminado e o ar-condicionado funciona bem.O banho é bastante satisfatório com agua quente sempre disponível. pós 4 dias de estadia ao solicitar uma extenção do horário de saida do apartamento recebi uma recusa imediata sob alegação de o hotel estar 100% reservado para o dia, sendo domingo fora de temporada não pareceu ser veridica a afirmação até porque o recepcionista não se deu ao trabalho sequer de verificar o quadro de reservas. A solicitação era de mais duas horas de prazo. |

Localização e vista do quarto. Janelas não bloqueiam o ruído do exterior. Piscina exterior no terraço pequena (embora refrescante e com vista excelente para a praia de Ipanema, portanto, melhor que nada...). Também na piscina, pouca sombra disponível. |

odiei o hotel.fiz a reserva pela internet qdo cheguei nao era o quarto que eu havia solicitado. horrivel o hotel esta numa excelente localizacao. porem tudo e horrivel. o atendimento, a decoracao, cafe da manha, funcionarios.pessimo. jamais ficarei neste hotel novamente e nao recomendo a ninguem |
