It was a disaster.I book in 19th november and I only could get inside it at 20th of november....I didn´t realise till now , how do they give or sell my reservation to another....it´s a police case....Do you to how many people I will indicate this hotel ????? To get some stars, you have to carry out what was book....It was very very worned to get another hotel at 4:00 o´clock in the morning...and just to do not stay at the road, we get the only worst that was avaiable....it was very sad......... |

I liked the closeness to the beach and to the city center. Easy to find. Perfect location. I did not like the slow internet-connection. It took forever to surf the web! |

la posizione direttamente sul lungomare, unico tre stelle sul lungomRE.camere pulite. prezzo economico. la colazione è pessima, le camere hanno arredamenti molto vecchi e le camere sono un po trasandate anche se pulite.il condizionatore è il tipico condizionatore del sud america molto rumoroso. |

Excelente localização, perto da Feira de Artesanato, Restaurantes e Supermercado. Poucas opções de lazer e um pouco barulhento a noite por estar bem perto do movimento da Praia. |

Por incrível que pareça, este foi um dos mais baratos que achei. De forma geral, os funcionários do hotel foram bem atenciosos. A internet via wireless era de graça e havia sinal no meu quarto, mesmo que mediano. O estado do hotel como um todo é bem abaixo da média do que se espera de um hotel 3 estrelas. Os móveis estão velhos, o elevador e o aspecto do quarto são "assustadores". Não chega a ser melhor do que algumas pousadas de praia onde já me hospedei. |

A localização Falta de simpatia (e de iniciativa) dos funcionários e falta de feedback da gerência. Na entrada/saída não houve disposição dos funcionários em ajudar a levar as malas até o apto/transporte. Tive problemas com acesso a internet (sites específicos como o google), notifiquei a gerência por escrito e por e-mail e não houve feedback. |

Posição na orla Passei a maior vergonha no restaurante da praia quando, usando a toalha fornecida pelo hotel, verifiquei que a mesma se encontrava toda furada e esfarrapada. Estava em minhas mãos um *molambo* e não uma toalha, e o pior, foi-me cobrado r$1,00 (um real) para passar vergonha. |

Só que os funcionários da recepção eram muito educados e de muita presteza, mas o Hotel em si é péssimo, oferece muito pouco para o preço que cobra. os quartos, pelo menos os do 1º andar que me colocaram são velhos, a mobília é velha, a TV não oferece nenhum canal a cabo e é de 14 polegadas, o banheiro tinha infiltração e é super apertado e o café da manhã é péssimo, bem pouca opção de comida. |
