As instalações desse hotel são antigas e precisão passar por alguma melhoria para torná-lo mais atrativo. Posição em relação ao centro da cidade, facilidade em encontrar o endereço e próximo aos pontos principais do comércio de Anapólis.

Atendimento, café da manhâ muito bom, presteza no atendimento. Localização no centro da cidade Televisor queimado, torneira do banheiro com defeito, chegamos+/- 21:30 h e tivemos que encomendar uma pizza fora e tivemos que comer com as mãos, elevador apertado (um cadeirante não poderia utilizá-lo)
