Otimo custo-beneficio. Localizacao boa. Quarto amplo. Wi-fi gratis. Atendimento educadissimo na recepcao, simpatia tb no vallet. Saida rapida pra br. Canais variados na tv. Frigobar completo, a precos adequados para o nivel do hotel. Seguranca. Tv pequena de tubo. Estacionamento pago.

óTimo hotel, moderno e eficiente Qualidade da carne que comi no restaurante... Pedi uma picanha grelhada que veio muito pequena e muito dura... A quantidade de comida dos pratos é pequena... Se fosse prato elaborado tipo alta gastronomia tudo bem mas filé com fritas e arroz vir só aquele pouquinho pelo preço de um prato em qualquer outro concorrente achei que não valeu a pena...

A atenção e simpatia dos funcionários, a rapidez no atendimento, a decoração do apartamento, o estacionamento junto ao hotel. denise de Souza Infelizmente, a limpeza do box (fato também verificado no hotel mercure/jardins/SP). Verifiquei a presença de limo/mofo entre os azulejos e em volta da parte de acabamentos do mesmo. Também solicitamos 2 travesseiros extras, quando da reserva, e só havia 1. Também só havia um jogo de toalhas (banho/rosto), sendo que estavamos em dois (reserva apto duplo) Denise de Souza

Hotel acolhedor, com funcionários solícitos e atenciosos. A internet , dita free, não me contentou, o meu e-mail, que é o Terra, não pode ser acionado, 2º um funcionário, porque tem chat. A minha necessidade de checar os e-mails restou prejudicada.

Muito acolhedor, por parte dos funcionários, foram solícitos no atendimento à qualquer dúvida apresentada. O restaurante nota 10, muito bom!Só uma observação, o café da manhã não correspondeu às nossas expectativas....muito fraco para 19,00.

O quarto é enorme e tem sofa-cama. Tem cozinha com pia, e o hotel dá cosméticos de brinde. O café da manhã deve ser pago separadamente, assim como o estacionamento.
