- Enough space in bedroom - Double bed is really comfortable
- Got the safe locked at 8pm; called front desk and was answered that nobody could help until next day 7am - Had to file a complaint at front desk due to double replenishment happening at the mini fridge, which incurred in extra charges
Nice staff, some very bad at English but they could always get someone else with better English if needed. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice pool and ok gym. Good housekeeping (but rarely change of sheets), clean rooms. Speedy roomservice with big menu. Amazing breakfast that has great open hours.
The Hotel is in Barra which is about 65-75 reais taxidrive to most popular tourism sights. The shopping in Barra is very expensive. Barra is not suitable for "just walking around", its mostly about car traffic. The pool and the gym is located by the building next to the Hotel, not in the Hotel area. The beach is not a walk away like the website said, you need to take a golf car to a ferry that takes you to the beach. It is pretty smoothly organized but its different from what we expected. Too little room by the pool for chairs and therefor too few chairs around. Often felt crowded. Many problems with the keycard which stopped working all the time. Didnt get new sheets as often as we would like. Restaurant is closed on sundays.
I use to go to RJ every month. I very often stay at promenade. This month I went there 2 times. I probably will not go back to promenade.
The wifi does not work properly at room 301.1, the person who check the mini bar nocked the door at 8h. At 11h another person nocked the door asking if we gonna leave. The check out is 12h.
Clean and comfortable. Good staff. Good parking. Nice neighborhood.
Difficult to find ! The GPS navigators send you to a wrong place! Tráffic in Rio is terrible. Stay close to your main destination. Copacabana can be two hours away....
Cleanliness, staff, room size, balcony
Location wasn't the best - not much around.
The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast and diner was good.
Location is in a suburb in which there is not much entertainment such as a bar. Mostly just restaurants in the neigbourhood.
wi-fi lento e instável
Very helpful hotel staff.
Hotel room was very nice.
The elevators were just horrible, always out of service. Internet connection was terrible. 20 minutes to connect most mornings. Breakfast was fair but not good
Gym. Free breakfast
Couldn't find me a room to stay longer
The hotel is very modern. Rooms are a good size with blackout curtains, a/c, lcd tv and the normal amenities expected in a modern hotel. The free breakfast was also quite good.
The check in process was horrible. There were 3 different hotel attendants to check in guests and 2 guests waiting, but it still took ~30mins to be attended. During the wait time, no staff member acknowledged the presence of the guests waiting (they seemed to actively avoid making eye contact) and when finally attended there was no apology for the delay.
Room size Room cleanliness Staff

Location area facilities
Too far from everything bad internet connection staff- doesn't care about service Breakfast-no body ask about if you want something.
