In a residential area, the hotel Tryp São Paulo Tatuapé stands out from the skyline. In its interior, guests find a pleasant, spacious, and well illuminated atmosphere.

This hotel has a swimming pool. I didn't try it though, but people seemed to be having a good time there.
Transfer congonhas airport
restaurant too expensive
In transit for one night at the Blue Tree Premium hotel before taking an another flight, we were very disappointed by our stay, in spite of the good feedbacks we saw on Booking website. The hotel was 10 min far from the airport by taxi; staff was really slow in checking in, but the worst of all was the room: dirty, cold (air conditioning didn't work, and we had the feeling that the windows were left opened, how the room was cold) and very noisy (traffic, music outside) . We spent an awful night, and we will never recommend this hotel.
Confortable rooms, nice staff
Location and free shuttle to airport. Good global aspect and services. Mainly business people oriented but correct for tourists.
Breakfast variety could be better. Every morning the same things at the same place. Mini-Bar empty/out of service.
- Very convenient location (very near Congonhas Airport). - Friendly staff.
- Run down decoration in desperate need of an upgrade. - Virtually no sound proofing at all. Impossible to sleep after 5am if room is facing the main road. Mind I was on the 18th floor and yet it sounded like traffic was running inside my room. Very poor indeed if you want to sleep past 5am. - Poor breakfast. Definitely not what is to be expected at a (self-proclaimed?) 4-star hotel. Stale bread, v. cheap cutlery, questionable cleanliness, and so on and so forth... - Wonder who star-rates hotels. This would never be classed as a 4-star hotel by any sensible standard. An upper 3-star at best (in need of serious refurbishment).
Location and price are highlights of this hotel.
The hotel is nearby Congonhas Airport and the windows are not noisy proof.
We were traveling with our two kids, booked this Hotel thinking it was a 4 **** hotel, not even close, sorry. Arrived late, pass midnight and very tired. The two men were at the front desk, not friendly at all,I gave them my information telling them that we just got in from Argentina, their English was minimal at best, told me that I can't check in until 1:00 pm,I told them that I have emailed them several weeks prior to the arrival that we would be coming in after midnight and we would need to check in early and leave the same day for our flight back to USA,the men just looked at me and told me that there is nothing they can do,that I would have to pay for two days. After more than 1 1/2 hours waiting in the lobby,it was around 2:00 am in the morning that we got the keys and only got the was due to the fact that I called Booking's agent and had them call the Hotel after about 45 minutes of wait. I was still charged double price for 4 rooms, for no more than 12 hours of stay in the cheap motel room that was noisy and not worth the money.Communication skill should be a priority, which they lacked.
Near at airport and nice place to relax!
Location slightly tricky to find
Location and fiord were great.
Noisy - not the airport, but the traffic. There are no 110 v plugs in the rooms. Only having 220v surprised us as we have traveled throughout Brazil and every hotel has either 110 or both. The shower floor was odd, one bedside lamp did not work, and the air conditioner/heat system smelled musty. Due to the musty smell, it was a cold night because there were no extra blankets in the room. They also need additional staff on in the mornings for checkout,
Internet connection, one of the worst I had ever seen
near the local airport
no shuttle from the international airport. a bit far from the center
Free wifi is very slow, even another 2 or 3 star hotel have faster free wifi
All was good. Comfy bed, good pillows. Air con worked well. Would of liked coffee and tea facilities in the room. Front desk did not understand. The breaky would of been nice if the eggs was made different, same breaky every day, got abit boring. Overall a pleasant stay.
Excelent room space, with a separate small kitchen (big fridge and microwave) and a great space to work. Also, very well located, close to the Congonhas Airport!
The staff and the food.
Shuttle bus available, good bathroom large room
small room , dirty , very old bathroom, broken floor, broken things in room. very big loud from nearest room and airport, staffs dont speak english as well
Everything was perfect, and to the price, breakfast buffet is very good.. The placement is so perfect, you can walk to the airport or go by free hotel shuttle bus.. every 15 min.. and in the future much better, when the new Metro will be finish, just outside the hotel door.. :-)
The personnel in the restaurant are not so fast, in the evening..! The room need new floor.
Shuttle service to airport
No coffee and tea in room
It is close to the airport, they let me check in early. I didn't hear any aircraft at all
This is not a premium hotel, it is shabby and dated, the breakfast room was a dark soulless place, some idiot started drilling at 8am, the minibar had just 2 beers and a goiaba juice in it, after 3 requests it didn't get filled. Bed was hard, towels were older than me, I could go on
The airport shuttle arrived after 45 min not 10 as promised. The staff do not speak English and do not make any effort to try I booked a suite but it was in an appalling condition. I was given another suite, a little better but not serviced for a while. No teas and coffees in the room and The room service took over an hour to bring coffee. Prob the worst hotel experience in Brazil.
