Very nice people operate this hotel. they are very proud of their establishment, and it shows in everything they do. The hot water system, in what was the premier room in the hotel was not functioning properly. this resulted in cold showers for our entire stay.

We spend a very good time,the persons of the hotel and the owner have been very great with us.The hotel is 5 minutes by car from a beautifull beach praia mole.

O clima açoriano da Lagoa da Conceição e a arquitetura do Hotel nos fazem sentir em Portugal. A preocupação com a decoração dos quartos e o cuidado com o serviço são os pontos forte do Hotel.
