Good position, just that

The check in takes almost half an hour; they require email, phone number, emergenc number... And then to sign a lot of papers. Long ques very noisy air conditioning machine, and thin window glasses

I liked the fact that the staff is friendly and always willing to help

The room was very small The room should be better cleaned as it had a lot of dust There was a short circuit in the room reveaking some problems in the electrical network The AC was drpping water and despite being reported the issue was not solved

no wi-fi in the rooms, very noisy, particularly central air conditioner

far to expensive, room not clean , breakfast low quality , room one big mess! staff very friendly . location super .my room was nice but room was not clean and when you take from mini bar they do not fill it like water etc.

Free upgrade to a nicer room.

- Breakfast/restaurant facilities are not fit for the capacity of the hotel (extremely crowded and noisy, long queues for a table). Absolutely stressfull experience. - Despite the upgrade and the seamingly modern room, the isolation between the rooms was absent (I could see my neighbour through a gap between the window (with sea view) and the wall. - No free wifi (not even in the lobby) - (The same) organized tours are more expensive here than in the close by Rio Othon Palace (which is a more up-standard hotel with free wifi in the lobby)

First they didn't gave us the room we booked (standard in case of partial see view, and a standard room is really standard!). After we complained, they gave us the right room. When checking-out they charched us too much and not the price we had from booking.com After complaining again they gave us the right price. It is a verry neutral hotel, no atmosphere. Big business with nothing more. The WiFI was free but in the room you don't have good connection.

The Gym

- Restaurant very slow even if there were three customers only. A dish of pasta tooks 18 minutes after I have ordered. - Internet connection is very unstable and poor quality. - Staff takes long time to assist you - Inacceptable to pay 150 Real to have a girlfriend coming into your room.Not a prostitute but a girlfriend. No my fault if she is Brasilian and we are not yet arranged her movement. - Inacceptable that I have to take out all from my room before to check-out. keep the key working for 1 hour after check-out - For two times my room has not been cleaned up - The door is noising when outside is winding and you want leave the window a little bit open - The room is very small. 3 beds in a room used as single room is terrible. i can't image the comfort to be there in three in the same room. - I waited 1 day to have my remote TV control working - The swimming pool is ridiculos and the area around around the pool is very dirty.

I was staying at the back building which it seems new, the room was great 1612 with a good view of rio breakfast is good, rest is good over looking the beach

The reception staff at check inn was disturbing she manually wrote done my credit card details with all data even the 3 numbers at the back!!!!!!???????????? On the spot I had to talk to my bank and to stop using the card online and this was inconvenient as it was my first day in Brazil the elevator numbering is confusing

About nothing. It is a bad hotel, expensive and of poor quality. On the last floor, this a terrace with 4 chairs, which is the only comfortable place of the whole hotel.

Price Room Service Noise Etc...

Right on Copacabana beach and a walking distance from Ipanema beach

I got a non-renovated room. Very old style and not well maintained There are amazing places in Rio a lot cheaper and a lot nicer than the kind of hotels you can find on the beach. I spent a bit more than $400 for 2 nights and it did not worth it...

This hotel is generally good but there are numerous things which, if on their own would be no problem but when added together are frustrating. I have listed them below. 1. safe battery flat 2. the toilet vibrated and banged every time it was flushed 3. The wifi in the room showed good signal but would only occasionally work. 4. the Air conditioning in the room dripped water onto the floor. 5. The mini-bar was never restocked - even on request. 6. The room was not cleaned properly 7. The bed side lamp switch just crackled and did not work 8 the room had the new type slim sockets thet wont accept the standard travel adaptors and the hotel did not have enough adaptors to meet the demand. 9 the whole hotel wifi was also down for an entire day. The feeling generated was that the hotel needs an improved management team to bring the standard to that offered by the Golden Tulip Paulista Plaza in Sao Paulo where I stayed the week before

This hotel is located right on the beach and near to the shopping centres and places to eat. The fitness centre is awesome and the room service is great. The front desk staff were hepful and friendly.

This hotel is very overpriced for what it is. The room I stayed in was small, needed a serious upgrade, had no bath (only shower) and had no views at all. The wi-fi that I had to pay for did not work.

Quarto grande, confortável e muito limpo. Em frente a praia, uma academia com excelentes aparelhos. Café da manhã perfeito para praia! Garçons, mensageiros e equipe de limpeza muito educada

Atendimento no check in demorado e não tem estacionamento para quem vai de carro e isso é péssimo pois não se encontra vagas facilmente. Deveriam ter convênio com algum estacionamento e levar o carro para o turista.

La cercania con la playa

Fui bem recebida; Fiquei muito bem acomodada; As instalações são ótimas;

Achei o buffet fraco. Tinham poucas opções de carne , apenas uma de massa e uma de salada. As sobremesas estavam ótimas.

el cobro de Internet..debe ser parte del servicio como en cualquier otro país..

Localização, bom atendimento.

As toalhas eram muito velhas, pelo preço da diaria não justifica aquelas toalhas.

Gostei muito da localização, da limpeza e principalmente pelo atendimento (funcionários muito educados e atenciosos).

Hotel de frente para o mar na Praia de Copacabana.

Nos acomodaram uma um apartamento com 3 camas de solteiro, mal localizado no hotel. Sem janela (não foi possívelabri-la) e sem vista externa. Completamente incompatível com o preço cobrado. É como se fosse o quarto de empregada no meu apartamento.

Gostei da estrutura do hotel, da localizaçao, e da estrutura do quarto.

Ar condicionado desligava sozinho, os cobertores cheiravam muito mal, as fronhas dos travesseiros estavam cheirando suor, como se fosse usado e nao trocado, havia agua aberta no meu frigobar, pedido de toalhas imediatas nao chegaram.

El mirador en la Terraza

La habitacion era interior y daba a la ventana de otra habitacion a 3 m. La limpieza de la habitacion era pesima(quedaba arena en el piso, no reponian las toallas, no limpiaban la cama, etc) Avise que viajaba por luna de miel y no tuvieron siquiera el detalle de poner un flor en la habitacion o hacer un corazon con toallas en la cama. Cosas sin costo pero que definen si les interesa o no que regreses.

Localizacion es inmejorable, el personal es muy amable.

El hotel esta MUY viejo y casnsado, el Internet NUNCA funciona y las habitaciones no tienen cajoneras en los armarios ni en ningun lado, ademas no estan insonorizadas.

Excelente ubicación frente a la playa de Copacabana, habitaciones amplias y confortables. Personal amable y correcto, desayuno abundante y variado.

Quizás demasiado formal para estar niños.
