Excellent breakfast, nice helpfull people, cleaning very good, nice small terass with pool. Location perfect. Sometimes long waiting for breakfast, probably because of reconstrution. |

I stayed at the refurbished area of the hotel: Double room with partial sea view (It was not necessary, the sea is a few meters from the hotel). Comfortable facilities. Reception staff and room service were very attentive and professional. Breakfast very good. Thel place where coffee is served is too small, incompatible with the size of the hotel.In despite of this, it was good |

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a very wide variety of fresh fruit and the view from the beach-front rooms was amazing. The front desk was understaffed and even the most simple request required that we stay in line for 10 minutes. But once you got there the staff was courteous and helpful. |

I stayed in a twin room in the newly refurbished section of the hotel, I got the opportunity to view one of the unfurnished rooms and the difference was amazing...this hotel was very good value for money considering the location, standard of room and hotel amenities. |

The hotel was absolutely not a 4 start hotel (1 or 2 would be more correct). I used 20 minutes just to do the check in because the staff had so many other things to do. I a 4 star Hotel I expect the safe to be included in the room price, but this was not the case (3 real per day). |

Da localização, do café da manhã, dos funcionário da recepção e dos apartamentos reformados. A limpesa do meu apto foi horrivel. Sujei uma taça (cheguei a levar para o banheiro) e ela ficou sendo colocada no lugar de copos limpos, sem ter sido lavada todas as 3 diárias. Um absurdo. Um cabelo meu ficou em cima da descarga do banheiro durante 2 diárias. A camareira, limpou e não viu. Acho que ela merece um óculos novo! |

Gostei do atendimento de todos na recepção,principalmente do funcionário Paulo pela atenção e gentileza.A localização é muito boa,a vista mar linda.Apesar do hotel estar lotado,o atendimento não ficou comprometido.Tem um café da manhã muito bom. Só achei o ar condicionado do bar um pouco forte,apesar de compreender que ali é ponto de entrada e saída,e com o calor que faz nào conseguiriam manter a temperatura,mas mesmo assim é bem forte. |

L' accueil de la reception, le restaurant, le cadre, ses buffets, la situation bord de mer, la vue. Le rapport qualite/prix. (2 sejours 2008 et 2009) ne pas se fier a l'image exterieure de l'architecture. Je n'ai pas regarde les commentaires, je fais mes experiences ! |

El personal es atento, el desayuno bueno, (restaurante no lo conozco), situación idónea. Algo anticuado en dependencias, pero con servicios correctos. Es un hotel para estancia no prolongada, pero correcto en relación calidad precio para un viaje de trabajo. Tal vez falto de luz natural en las habitaciones interiores. |

Apenas a localização. Hotel incompatível preço/qualidade. Reflete bem a situação atual do Rio de Janeiro: decadente e caro. Para quem viaja frequentemente, sobretudo para o exterior, passa a entender porque o Brasil não é o destino preferido dos turistas estrangeiros. |

instalações modernas, decoração excelente, academia e sauna exelentes, area de lazer com pisina na cobertura, apesar de muito pequina, é muito agradavel, limpa, bem planejada, com vista espectacular, localização excelente, cafe de manha excelente. |

Extrem gute Lage, dafür Verkehrslärm, super Frühstück. Keine Information über Preocupation bei Kreditkarten, Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, man muss den Zimmerschluessel mit an den Strand nehmen. |

Que en relacion a otros hoteles por ejemplo el Copacabana Rio, por el mismo precio tenes muchas mas grandes las habitaciones, estas frente al mar, tenes servicio de playa, y el servicio de los empleados es 100% mejor. Lo recomendaría sin ninguna duda.- No, me gustó todo.- |
