Pessoal, prestem atenção no que eu direi. Esse residencial não é um hotel, é uma vila de quartos. Fica em uma péssima localização em Belém, no meio de uma favela, onde nem mesmo a rua é pavimentada. Não tem porteiro, fiquei quase meia hora chamando até que uma mulher, que é responsável pela limpeza, me atendesse. Não há nem mesmo uma panificadora por perto para tomar café. A rua vizinha tem esgoto a céu aberto e é quase impossível transitar por ela. Apesar de ter reservado por três dias, só consegui dormir a primeira noite. Enfim, eu não tenho muita exigência, pois sou um cara simples, mas esse foi, sem dúvidas, o pior lugar onde me hospedei. Não recomendo nem pro meu pior inimigo!!

A atenção do proprietário sempre disposto a ajudar e facilitar as coisas, ótimo O acesso a garagem, por ser deficiente com dificuldades no caminhar tive um pouco de dificuldade.

otimo hotel! confortavel, acolhedor, comodo, atendimento exemplar, pessoas atenciosas, especialmente O proprietario, sr. luiz que preocupado com nossa estada foi inclusive buscar no aeroporto pra nos acomodar na co-pousada! realmente pessoas E lugares assim encantam os clientes E demonstram O que se espera de um verdadeiro atendimento! recomendo sim!

fast alles.die lage ist miserabel und sehr gefährlich.vom ortskundigen taxifahrer nicht zu finden.kamen uns vor wie in guantanamo, alles vergittert und abgesperrt.betten, küche und möbel extrem abgenutzt. keine wirkliche empfehlung. sollte von booking.com gestrichen werden.

Informação errada sobre a distãncia do aeroporto. Wi-Fi: normalmente não funciona. Quando conecta leva duas horas para responder a um comando. O pior que já vi em minhas viagens. De graça? Deveriam pagar pela raiva que faz a gente passar. Perdi um bom negócio pela falta de acesso, ou melhor, pela impossibilidade de acesso á internet. Não há atendentes no flat. A única pessoa indicada (uma moradora local) para entregar e receber as chaves é incomunicável. Tem medo de se pronunciar!?? Todas as vezes que pedi para fazer uma limpeza no ap, apenas trocava as roupas de cama e banho, deixando para fazer a limpeza no dia seguinte. Três dias antes de eu deixar o ap pedi para fazer uma limpeza: até agora estou esperando. Risos. Péssima localização!!!!! Há alguns moradores fixo do flat que são muito barulhentos. Não recomendo nem para o meu pior inimigo, se é que tenho. Rs.

A proximidade com o aeroporto me fez sentir segura, a recepção simple mais bastante calorosa, os apartamentos amplos tudo com muita higiene e privativo. A ausência de recibos logo que se efetua o pagamento, a rua onde é localizado é escura e deserta, deveria ter um segurança para recepcionar os hospedes durante a noite.
