Location on the sea side perfect, we had an ocean view it was fabulous , I recommend only sea view. We enoyed our stay . it was just a dream

The very excessive rate. I think the receptionist should have advise me about the new rate when he made the up-grade. To be honest, I was shocked when I looked at my bill for checking out. The up-grade was almost double the normal charge of the room !!!!.

O cuidado com os mínimos detalhes para agradar o gosto feminino é um diferencial neste hotel.O Club milésime é o melhor atendimento que já experimentei em hotéis sofisticados nas principais cidades dos continentes americano e europeu que costumo visitar anualmente.

Não gostei do atendimento do pessoal do car service.Displicente e desinteressado.

Me pareció excelente. Tuve la suerte además que por cuestiones de falta de disponibilidad de la habitación que había reservado, me adjudicaron una superior que era impresionante. Además, el trato recibido de todo el personal con el que iteractuamos fue increíble.

Parfaitement situé sur la Copacabana, à quelques pas d'Ipanema. La suite 620 (ou 720, 820?) a une vue exceptionnel sur la Copacabana. Service parfait.

Impossible de réserver un massage, même avec 1-2 jours d'avance (trop de succès, ou pas de thérapeutes?).

O atendimento dos funcionários foi impecável, foram todos muito educados e atenciosos. O hotel oferece várias tipos de cortesias e amenidades, o serviço é muito bom. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem estruturados.

A internet do quarto ser tarifada e a do business service não. Isso fazia apenas que nos deslocássemos para utilizar um serviço que poderia ser oferecido diretamente nos apartamentos e que sem dúvida, face a todas as cortesias e amenidade oferecidas não seria esse um custo que sobrecarregaria o hotel.

vu mer limitee malgre un prix tres eleve. rien dans le site ni la description ne laissait entendre qu il n y avait pas la vue sur copacabana. a verifier lors de la reservation sinon bcp trop cher

Atendimento do staff do hotel

Complimentary buffet breakfast and hotel 'taxi' out to the airport.

1) The toilet got blocked – for a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable. 2) The sewage system must have broken for 30-45 mins or so as the smell coming out of the backroom was disgusting. 3) The pool wasn't open for use, even though this was advertised as a picture and main attraction on the booking.com website. 4) There was no allocated section on the beach with deckchairs (even though this was stated). 5) The main restaurant was atrocious - I told them I had a nut allergy & I received a compliment from the kitchen at the start which was riddled with nuts. I complained but the manager just didn’t listen and didn’t apologise or recognise the severity of the situation. This had nothing to do with a language barrier. The restaurant also was very expensive, had no atmosphere and, for a 5 star hotel, had a short menu.
