Rio's Nice Hotel  

I stayed two days and nights and the whole time there was no wifi- Service The staff did not speak any language apart from Portugues, no English, no Spanish

Convenient to Centro, good value for the price. Walking distance to Metro 15 minutes.

The staff were very helpfull and pleasant, though some only spoke a little english. The breakfast was nice, plenty of choice if a little noisy and busy. The room was clean enough and the beds were comfy, but the whole place badly needed refurbishing. However, this is reflected in the price. I believe you get what you pay for and my friend and I wanted a budget priced holiday. The location was handy for local transport, which was on average 2.5 rias, which is approx £1 but the drivers are crazy and you need to hang on to your seats.the hotel is situated on a busy road near a junction, so you hear the traffic stopping and starting at the lights and crossings.lapa, the area you are in is party city and my friend and I only ventured out of the hotel at night to the restuarnt /bars on the corner.it's noisy at night if you are a light sleeper.but for value for money and I would probably stay again. As above.if you want peace and quiet and a touch of luxury then this is not the place for you .my friend and I are both mid 60;s and we loved it!

The thing that I enjoyed most was when I walked out the front door, never to return.

The room looked nothing like it does online. I booked a double room with 1 bed and got a room with 3 of the smallest beds I have ever seen. The tv did not work. It took 5 minutes for the water in the shower to warm up past freezing. The room had no a/C. Overall, it is a pathetic hotel.

Reasonably priced and convenient.

In need of some modernisation.

Esse hotel é um lixo. Os quartos são sujos, velhos e com móveis que não dão nem para descrever. O banheiro é pior do que rodoviária. Mesmo sendo um hotel barato, não poderia ser assim. Lamentável!!

Atendimento na recepção e roll e instalações muito antigas.

Hospedei-me pela segunda vez no hotel. O preço é bom, o serviço também. Recomendo para quem pretende gastar razoavelmente pouco.

Apenas acho que em alguns quartos poderiam ser feitas reformas simples.

òTima localização na boemia das noite carioca.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, no centro do Rio de Janeiro, a 8 minutos a pé da lapa, onde pode-se encontrar varios bares noturnos e restaurante. Limpeza excelente.

Quando chegamos houve uma pequena confusão para identificar os quartos, talvez porque estavamos em 14 pessoas.

Localização. E só!

Limpeza é essencial em qualquer hotel. Deixou muito à desejar!
