Rio's Nice Hotel  

I stayed two days and nights and the whole time there was no wifi- Service The staff did not speak any language apart from Portugues, no English, no Spanish

Convenient to Centro, good value for the price. Walking distance to Metro 15 minutes.

The staff were very helpfull and pleasant, though some only spoke a little english. The breakfast was nice, plenty of choice if a little noisy and busy. The room was clean enough and the beds were comfy, but the whole place badly needed refurbishing. However, this is reflected in the price. I believe you get what you pay for and my friend and I wanted a budget priced holiday. The location was handy for local transport, which was on average 2.5 rias, which is approx £1 but the drivers are crazy and you need to hang on to your seats.the hotel is situated on a busy road near a junction, so you hear the traffic stopping and starting at the lights and crossings.lapa, the area you are in is party city and my friend and I only ventured out of the hotel at night to the restuarnt /bars on the corner.it's noisy at night if you are a light sleeper.but for value for money and I would probably stay again. As above.if you want peace and quiet and a touch of luxury then this is not the place for you .my friend and I are both mid 60;s and we loved it!

The thing that I enjoyed most was when I walked out the front door, never to return.

The room looked nothing like it does online. I booked a double room with 1 bed and got a room with 3 of the smallest beds I have ever seen. The tv did not work. It took 5 minutes for the water in the shower to warm up past freezing. The room had no a/C. Overall, it is a pathetic hotel.

Reasonably priced and convenient.

In need of some modernisation.

Banheiro muito pequeno. Falta de manutenção e atualização nas instalações em geral.

Más allá de estar en una zona peligrosa, el hotel en sí es sucio, no te dan artículos de tocador (ni jabón, ni shampoo, ni papel higiénico), dicen tener una pileta: la misma tiene el tamaño de una pelopincho (literalmente hablando). Muy ruidosa la habitación, la cama incómoda (chica y el colchón muy finito). Después de haber pasado por esta terrible experiencia, cuando llega el deseado momento del check out nos cobran 36 reales por una llamada local de 1 minuto y 1/2.

Comércio ao redor: farmácias, supermercados, restaurantes, lanchonetes

Preço e café da manhã: mortadela, pão frances enorme, frutas modestas..

A boa localizacao nos permite acesso aos principais pontos turisticos da cidade pegando um unico transporte, pois o ponto de onibus fica a 25 metros de distancia do hotel e possui um mercado em frente ao hotel regado de varios restaurantes.

Um ponto negativo que eu nao poderia deixar de ressaltar é as péssimas condições do banheiro com mofo no teto e vazando do box da ducha, molhando todo banheiro ao tomar banho, porém isso não é impecilio para uma proxima estadia.

O Café da Manhã é bom. A localização é boa.

Hotel muito velho. O box do banheiro é riduculamente pequeno e a porta do box tranca e só é possível abrir por fora. As imagens do site não condizem com a verdade, me senti enganado.

falta de conservação do quarto, alimentação péssima, falta de cordialidade dos funcionários refletindo no baixo nível de atendimento ao hóspede. Não recomendo

é um hotel simples mas bem organizado.

Faltou o estacionamento no hotel e o que têm convênio com eles poderia ser mais perto.
