Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay at the hotel and it is in is very bad,even hotel staff said it is to dangerous to walk around at night time. |

This is not a 4 star hotel as the website advertises, it is actually a 3 star hotel (and should probably be a 2 star). The rooms and services are very basic, and it is located down an unappealing side street next to a construction site. The pictures on the website are correct, but they are far more flattering than the reality when you get there. |

Todo, muy limpio y la atencion del personal muy bueno en especial la Sra Kata mazon atenta, educada, y siempre dispuesta a ofrecer la mejor ayuda.... Excelente hotel , lo recomiendo y volveria a ir, buena situacion del metro carioca y al menos lo consegui seguro en los dias que estuvimos alli Que no hay agua en las instalaciones del hotel ( digo en pasillos, o en la recepcion) para tomar libremente sin necesidad que pagar por ella. Creo que el agua es un liquido gratis y no debe ser vendido.. Sino aofrecido deberian haber ya sea bebedoresa, o termos de aguas. Ya que hace mucho calor en rio de janeiro y se gasta mucho en compra de agua embotellada... |
