Breakfast was fabulous, the staff was very helpful and we found their attention to detail excellent. Maybe our room was not as clean as I might like. Also, the internet was quite slow. It was also a bit noisy with other guests. It is a large hotel, and does a good business. Again, the staff were excellent and we had no specific difficulties.

O Hotel fica perto do metrô, tem estacionamento, camas confortáveis, ar- condicionado eficiente, o café da manhã é farto, funcionários prestativos e fica bem próximo da Lapa onde à noite é bem agitada! A piscina é bem pequena, falaram de um bar das 18h às 23h mas o vi funcionando, não tenho muito o que reclamar e até superou minhas expectativas.

Jättebra lunchbuffe- mycket att välja på, och hög kvalitet.Superbra personal som pratade engelska- proffsiga och informativa, ordade så vi kunde stanna ett par extra timmar efter utcheckningstiden kl 12 helt utan kostnad och utan gnäll. Rena och enkla rum. Great location in Rio- close to Centre and Airport. Hissarna var ur funktion vid ett par tillfällen (bodde på 6:e våningen), men annars var allt toppen!

Gostamos da localidade que fica proximo da praça tiradentes e proximo de dois teatros. Tambem gostamos do atendimento do refeitorio que atende muito bem, uma diversificaçao de comidas e saladas muito grande. Gostamos tambem do café da manha muito diversificado e muito completo. Quando as Camas boas. o resto nota 8,5 a media obrigado a todos Dr. Edison A nosso ver so faltou uma coisa a colocaçao de agua em garrafinha na geldeira, porque as que tinha no frizeer tomamos todas e no dia seguinte nao foi abastecido com água.

O Quarto estava sujo e o banheiro nem se fala estava um NOJO, tivemos que chamar a chefe de camareira para ver a privada estava toda melada de urina. cafe da manha horrível.

Das Servicepersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Rezeptionisten waren unfreundlich und überhauptnicht zuvorkommend! Sie haben uns ein Zimmer gegeben, wo alle anderen Zimmer rundherum zur selben Zeit renoviert wurden, ab 7:30Uhr konnte man nicht mehr schlafen, alle anderen Zimmer auf den Stock waren natürlich nicht belegt! Bei der Abrechnung am Schluss haben sie uns für den 25.1.2012 3x10RS für Internet verrechnet, was normalerweise 1x verrechnet werden sollte, auf die Frage hin was das soll hat er sich dumm gestellt und dreimal den gleichen Satz gesagt, you can see 3 times yes, 3 times 30RS! Wir entsprechen nicht dem Businessklische, sind lediglich Backpackers, trotzdem zahlen wir den gleichen Preis, schaade ansonsten das Ibis neben an, Super, bessere Zimmer, besseres Essen, günstiger - Top!;)

Dans la réservation booking.com il était indiqué que la WiFi était gratuite, ce qui n'était pas le cas ... La "piscine" est plus une grande baignoire qu'une vraie piscine ... Blocage systématique de la clé magnétique ... obligé de débloquer à la réception chaque jour ...

Localização ótima. Atendimento dos funcionários excelente. Recomendamos. Demoraram p/ trocar a tv do quarto que estava com problema no som; reclamamos em um dia e só foram trocar no outro depois de reclamarmos novamente. A Internet do hotel é muito lenta.

A simplicidade, a proximidade do aeroporto Santos Dumont e a proximidade com o bairro da Lapa. O isolamento acústico dos quartos conjugados não é boa.

Muito bem localizado. Próximo ao bairro da lapa. Maravilhoso! A única coisa a reclamar e do arcondicionado do quarto que não estava muito bom. O restante estava excelente. Apenas o arcondicionado do quarto.

Os funcionários do Hotel fizeram toda a diferença! Eles nos deixaram muito a vontade e sempre com várias sugestões sobre passeios e meios de transporte. Muito bem informados e rápidos na execução de pedidos. O café da manhã também é muito bom! Para a encontrar o hotel foi muito fácil, por se localizar em uma praça conhecida. Porém por ser no centro da cidade, o transporte a noite ficava inviável e perigoso.
