Chalé com piscina maravilhoso, tudo muito limpo, confortável e organizado. Café da manhã excelente, chá da tarde também ótimo. Acesso ao mini-mundo gratuito. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos.

Atendimento impecável, com acompanhamento dos proprietários. Restaurante magnífico, com excelentes opções de cardápio. Quartos confortáveis e agradáveis, assim como as áreas comuns. Experiência a ser repetida várias vezes.

Fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos. Os funcionarios são excelentes. Ficamos numa cabana chmada Romeu, simplesmente maravilhosa. A sala com piscina termica privativa é o máximo!!! O café da manhã e chá da tarde são deliciosos.

Tudo maravilhoso, perfeito e impecável. Todos os funcionários sempre à disposição, educados, sorrindo. Quarto super confortável, com piscina aquecida privativa. No café da manhã e no chá da tarde (incluso na diária também) tudo estava delicioso. Entrada livre para o parque Minimundo e localização boa para ir a pé ao centro. E quando você pensa que o preço pago pela estadia já valeu por todas essas coisas, no checkout você recebe um "kit viagem" com água e biscoitinhos. Voltarei sempre que puder.

Do começo ao fim de nosa estadia, fomos muito muito muito bem tratados. O chalé Lobão é muito bonito e é ótimo ter uma piscina privativa. O chá da tarde é excelente. A equipe é superatenciosa e acolhedora. Espero voltar. Não tenho nehum ponto negativo a destacar.

O hotel é muito bom, os chalés tem um aspecto de novo acredito que foi recem reformado; o atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom, eles são muito atenciosos; o chalé uqe utilizamos tinha uma piscina térmica em um local com a calefação ligada, um ambiente bem aconchegante. O café da manhã poderia ter uma varideade maior de frutas e o chá da tarde é uma delícia. Os jardins muito bonitos e bem cuidados, e o gazego um local bem agradável.

Tudo é ótimo no Hotel Ritta Hoppner. Staff muito educado, cortes e prestativo. Digno de 5 estrelas. Até uma atenção super especial em nos oferecer café da manhã no quarto devido nossa partida ser muito cedo. Nenhum comentário pode ser feito, O hotel cumpre o que promete com muita atenção aos seus hóspedes.
