Ambience Cleanliness

Telling me that they would put a double bed in our room, so I'd have to wait two and a half hours for this. To which, two and a half hours later, it was not a double bed, but they had merely put the single beds together and tried to disguise this fact by placing a sheet over it. Had I known they were going to do this, I would've done it myself. Unbelievable.

The location and very friendly and helpful staff. Great boutique hotel. Internet reception is very good everywhere in the hotel and rooms. Second time staying at this hotel while in São Paulo

hotel name not prominent therefore difficult to locate Hotel in undulating areas - if you come by airport bus and has to carry your luggage it takes effort.

Reception stuff was wonderful and helpful. They were speaking fluent English. Thanks to Felipe, Fabio and Kaique. Rooms were so clean, shower was amazing. Every morning i got up early and took shower. Breakfast was awesome.1 hour is not enough for this amazing breakfast.. 10 points goes to Royal Jardins Boutique Hotel from Turkey..

Very good and safe location, very close to subway and Av. Paulista. Nice and clean rooms, helpful staff. Good Wi-Fi connection. Very good breakfast buffe. We recommend this hotel.

Very nice and clean place, staff helpful even though could use more English as it's a business hotel but that can be forgiven. Room not the biggest but very clean and very calm looking with really comfortable bed and very nice bathroom with big shower. Wifi connection was quite fast, not something you encounter every day in SP....

Very small rooms Disappointed with the gym: It did not feel like a gym, but like a few weights (very few) and a couple of machines thrown in a little WINDOWLESS corner. That was the main disadvantage from me.
