Excellent location, great breakfast
Rooms were very noisy, I could hear absolutely everything in the rooms nearby. Cleaning staff carry walkie-talkies turned up to full volume, which creates extra unnecessary noise. Radio alarm clocks in rooms nearby woke me most of the mornings I was here.
Staff knowledge of dining options
Small room Paying for parking
the position of hotel is really good, near the sub station, just about 5 mins walk. The staff gave us great help, very kind of them.
well, the wifi is for free, but a little bit weak, sometimes does not have signal in the room.
Very nice bed, sheets and shower.
Very small room for two.
Very clean, efficient service, wonderful breakfast with many delicious choices. An iron if requested. Close to grocery, subway Staff were very prompt to attend to a request
Perhaps consider the hot water temp a little cooler? In north america it is 160C. Saves money too!!
Great variety for breakfast, 5 min walk from airport bus stop at Continental, 5min walk to Metro, 10min walk to tourist information centre on Paulista. VERY safe area.
Room on small side.
Friendly staff, great location and value for money!!
Very friendly staff, safe neighborhood, very comfortable stay
The location is good.Avenida Paulista,MASP and the Metro are close-by.Good range of eating places and a supermarket in the neighbourhood. One of the safer districts in SP.
Very small rooms. Having to pay for parking.
Breakfast...nicely presented. Fresh juices and lots of choice. Helpful reception staff Close to supermarket where you can stock up.
Not sure if they still don't provide irons for use in the room?
Location is pretty good Facilities are updated and clean Breakfast was great and included
Staff had attitude, sometimes nice sometimes rude. Door keys were faulty three times and I got tired going up and down over and over. They blamed it on me keeping the card next to my credit cards but I do that at every hotel I stay at without problems. Room safe didn't work We spent 45 minutes waiting on door key and safe repairs our last night in SP, pretty much ruined our experience. Big city to go out in and have fun but we're waiting on the hotel staff to fix the door so we can get in our room to change???? We were too pissed off and tired to go out in the end. Too expensive for what it is. R$300 would have been OK if staff was friendlier and door locks worked. Cost R$19.50 each to wash/press my shirts!? More than I've ever paid anywhere in the world. Restaurant was so expensive it was completely empty at lunch with most other restaurants having lines out the doors.
The staff is very kind
Walls are made of dry-wall and makes rooms very noisy specially at nights.
Location and room
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good mattresses, fairly quiet during the night, easy access to the metro on Av. Paulista.
Breakfast buffet offered an extensive choice, but the quality of the food was not always excellent. Quite a lot of noise from the other rooms. Small desk for those who need to do some work. Some problems with the card reader of the room.
Everything. Sao Paulo is a great city with fantastic residents.
Having to return home.
Location Price Breakfast WiFi
small size of the rooms thin walls (you can hear everything from other rooms or people on the corridors)
Noisy! I could not sleep!
Staff spoke English and was very helpful
- Location - Breakfast included - Wi-fi included
- Small room
Location was great. Very good value
Wifi was slow
clean, and close to restaurants and downtown
TV cable did not work
Rooms were clean, breakfast was great with a lot of items, staff was pleasant and even ran down the street to hail a cab for us and location was good.
Wifi was spotty but that is not something that should ever deter you from staying unless you are on business and need the connection.
The location was perfectly safe, the staff was helpful in English with recommendations on where to go for dinner or drinks and they'd help with getting a taxi and getting to where we had to go.
Rooms are a little on the small side.
Well organised and good breakfast
Language barriers and there was miscommunication between reception and reservation department
