walking distance from beach...hotel very flexible in regards to changing nights of stay with no penalties for leaving early...close to subway...english speaking staff Location of hotel is at lower end of Copacabana Beach - which is not in the heart in Rio.... |

location is perfect, just beside copacabana, near the autorental street, a bit dangerous at night, be carefull!! the hotel staff has lost some clothes and did not refund nor apologise with us.. this is not a compain it's an important info for other turists. |

Excellent value; the presidential suite was really nice. I loved the stylish, fairly modern but comfortable style of decoration. The bathroom with jacuzzi/sauna was top-notch and the bedroom was perfect. My only complaint is that some of the furniture in the room was worn--if it had been in closer to new condition, the suite would have been perfect. |

Ottimo hotel ad un prezzo ragionevole, in ottima posizione, vicinissimo a Copacabana e con tutti i servizi essenziali nei dintorni dell'isolato. Personale gentile e qualificato. L'unico difetto è la scarsa insonorizzazione delle stanze, sia rispetto al corridoio (dove non c'è moquette e i tacchi fanno molto rumore) che rispetto alle stanze vicine (si sente il bagno e la televisione delle camere attigue). Difetti comunque minimi rispetto al pacchetto totale. |

Hôtel trés bien situé, à deux pas de la plage de Copacabana.Service de taxi juste devant l'hôtel.Restaurants et commerces à proximité immédiate.Piscine, sauna et petite salle de fitness au 18 èeme étage de l'hôtel.Chambres tout confort équipées de deux grands lits. Les standards ont vue sur la rue mais pour le temps passé dans la chambre cela convient tout à fait. Les excursions proposées par l'hôtel sont trés chères.Il vaut mieux les faire de soi même en se rendant sur place en taxi.Connexion internet payante. Pas de châine de télévision française. |

O hotel é uma boa opção para quem está disposto a pagar um pouco mais. Porém há opções melhores. O quarto é aconchegante e muito bem decorado, passa uma boa impressão. O café da manhã é o ponto forte. Completo, muitas opções de pães e frutas e boas opções de comidas quentes. É perto da praia e bem localizado. O serviço é apenas razoável. |

A localizaçao e os funcionarios em geral muito simpaticos e prontos a resolver as dificuldades. Colocar avisos para que os hospedes fechem as portas devagar e melhorar o isolamento dos quartos. Foi horrivel acordar todas as noites entre as 2H30 e as 4H00 da manha porque o ocupante do quarto ao lado no nosso chegava a essa hora a falar alto no corredor, batendo a porta com violencia e ter de ouvir todo o barulho em seguida. Foi simplesmente horrivel... |
