Spa pool not working

Location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

I had booked a superior double but the space around the bed was so cramped it was not possible to use the wardrobe at all, and it was even difficult getting in and out of the bathroom because the bed was in the way. The room was quite large, it is just that the bed was squeezed into an unusual space. Everything else was fine though.

The locations is great and It's not a big hotel. Good breakfast

The rooms are very nice. Very comfortable, spacious and cosy.

The fitness studio is a little room with two machines. Very poor quality. The sauna is rather a steam room that is always off. When you ask to turn it on it takes many hours to get to the right temperature. The hotel's facilities and basic. No bar. Just a lobby, your room, a restaurant...

room was large and quiet with very comfortable bed and super-soft pillows. Toothbrush and toothpaste was a very nice addition to standard beauty products. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Restaurant serves a good breakfast and on evenings and lunch time brazilian style pay per kilo dinning with a great choice of both continental and brazilian food.

There are only brazilian tv channels, not even one in english! Internet acces is a joke. Very slow and hardly possible to use it for anything than checking emails.

The location is good and the staff is polite. The restaurant for lunch on Thursday is good as well but not for Friday which is too noisy and the staff very distracted.

The hotel cost benefit is low. On Saturday the cleaning was badly made and they forgot to replace the towels. Although I requested two separate beds, they were standard size which are too small for 2 adults. The circulation area is too small specially close to the botton of the beds. The bathroom is too small and Cable tv program is poor. It doesn't worth for the rates I paid. It should be less expensive.

The hotel is next the city`s shopping neighborhood and Liberdade plaza, have easy access to the nightlife. The crew is very nice and the restaurant too.

Great breakfast buffet in restaurant downstairs. Good location in Savassi near restaurants and bars. Rooms are simple and clean.

The TV is in need of an upgrade (huge old TV). Our room got extremely warm when we were not in it and the aircon was pretty noisy so we had to get earplugs to sleep at night.

Overall a pleasant stay,staff excellent,especially restaurant staff. The room was a dissapointment and not as described as we had a luxury double room, it was very pleasant even if a strange shape, I thought perhaps it had been designed with another purpose, and could not be described as luxurious by any means, for this standard of hotel I was very surprised that were no coffee making facilities in the room, and that the hotel had no shop , especially as the hotel is not really near any shops .though not an unpleasant stay , mainly due to the excellent staff, the price did not reflect the quality of the room orvthe services provided, sadly I would not stay there again unless the prices were lower or the standards improved to merit the price asked.

Da equipe sempre atenciosa. Da comodidade de se ter um bom buffet anexo, como do restaurante Amadeus. Grande numero de canais a cabo.

A localização e as instalações do Hotel são excelentes! Há um restaurante na entrada que possui uma adega de vinhos exepcional - Mais de 2800 rótulos - Vale a pena

Café da manhã fantástico!!!

Na chegada tivemos que esperar uns 40 min para poder ocupar o quarto. O café da manhã não foi bem servido. Faltava copo, talher, suco, frios. A lamentável justificativa foi o horário.

Bom atendimento, boas acomodações, boa localização. Os pratos servidos no restaurante do hotel (Amadeus) são ótimos.

O acesso a rede wi-fi bem poderia ser cortesia, dado o preço das diárias. O café da manhã oferecido não é tão bom quanto o restante do cardápio (pago).

Excelente hotel para negócios. Localização e comodidade são os destaques.

Equipe, simpatia, localização

Hotel nao compensa o preço, muito caro! Viajantes para negócios nao indico, nao há nenhum espaco que você possa sentar com alguem para uma reunião. O restaurante é terceirizado e caso sente com alguem na mesa é obrigado que todos consumam. Em um jantar estava me servindo e uma barata passou pelo balcão. O fitness center é uma vergonha, é melhor nao ter ou nao indicar que tem, impossivel usar ou ficar dentro, apenas um equipamento e muito velho. A diária foi 380 e nao 100 reais, esperava um "pouquinho" mais!

Do atendimento e das acomodações, localização etc....

O hotel é muito bem localizado e a equipe do hotel é muito prestativa e eficiente. O quarto é confortável e limpo. O restaurante é muito bom.

A parte de lazer do hotel deixa a desejar...

Funcionários são excelentes sem falar na localização do hotel que é ótima.
