The bed and sea view
The front beach room was very nice. The breakfast was good.
Charged for drinks I didn't buy. The Internet is pricey (30.00 reais/day). Staff is kind of unpleasant and don't make you feel welcomed.
Location, attentive staff, breakfast.
The chairs (in the room) could be a bit more comfortable. I needed to work for 6+ hours and this became an issue (otherwise it would not matter that much).
Good breakfast Swimming pool Balcony
Aweful customer service - beware concierge suggested black taxis (will charge double yellow 'metered' cabs without quality benefit)
severa times during my stay the room was not made until 19:00 only after insistence it was finalized at 20:30 although I was waiting since 18:00 for the room to be made. Too few personnel or badly trained, do not know but this is just bad service.
Safe location, plenty of restaurants/bara, pharmacy, convenience store just a few blocks away. I walked through the neighborhood at night and it seemed safe!
Breakfast seemed to be the same for 5 days in a row but it was still good!
In front of the beach Breakfast Great view IF you get an ocean view room Location in Barra
Gym No 110 power outlets Paid internet with terrible service Can't pay for cab rides directly to hotel (which allows for credit card)
Very good Service, and great hotel, with soo maany things to see,
The view from our room over the beach was lovely and great shops, bars and restaurants close by
It was over priced compared to newer hotels we stayed in close by. My boyfriend and I were pulled aside while waiting for the lift, ordered back to reception, and questioned as to who we were and if we were staying there! Rather insulting.
Location and view
The bell on arrival was helpful and friendly, also breakfast restaurant staff and that's all. Others don't deliver even a good morning, only if you take the initiative.
they charge internet wifi 30,00 reais a day, around 10,00 euros, amazing. Calling from your room, local phones, repeat local calls, they charged 50,00 reais for 5 calls for total around 20 minutes. Charging mini bar (not consumed) after claiming debit was cancelled. Hey, focus on customer, reasonable fee, good services, may be he/she returns. This is meant to be constructive feedback.
The pool, is close to the beach, the breakfast
They charge for WIFI internet!!!!!!
Charles, who checked me in was excellent and did a great job during my stay.
Television could be bigger and have hdmi and audio/video ports to hook up any electronic accessaries your have with you. Prices per room could be a bit better otherwise everything was excellent.
I hate this hotel
Quick at the beach, great view at seaside rooms Good breakfast
Building Site in the Hotel in the lower floors, noise (Dec,Jan 2014) Master suite was the same room as the others with just a little entrance area, where the fridge stands. Description misleading .
See sights from the rooms in front of the see are awesome. The room is big. Perfect for a calm and peaceful beach walk and wind sports.
The bathroom is extremely small, two people can hardly be in it (we were in a grand deluxe room). During our stay, the hotel was being redecorated and there was too much noise in the morning. The corridors are too dark. The breakfast buffet was very poor. NO FREE WI-FI!!!!
Location, location, location ...
Noise AC ...
- location - breakfast OK
- WiFi (to pay for) in the Room's horrible - Value for Money does not match
Great location, balcony's on the ocean side, new redecorations are excellent, great service
internet too slow, many times difficult to access in the room
