My booking had not been received at my arrival - There was no soap or shampo at the room - I was provided absolutely not support when I had problems with connecting to the internet, in fact was told that it was not their problem but mine because their system was working fine - It was very obvious that they are cutting costs, there was absolutely no value for money. |

The staff was helpfull,and breakfast good but nothing more.We stayed there for 3night,but after that we changed hotel,200reals for one night is to mutch only 50reals is good,this is not 4star hotel only 1-2star,elavaors was lazy take long time to get them ,faster to take the stairs,first room we got was dirty,air conditon was not working and no balcony just 3 walls like jail,but we got another right awy. |

• The cleaning staff are wonderful. • The pool is beautiful. • Location is ideal. • Porters were very helpful. • Waiters at breakfast very efficient. • The way we were treated by the front desk personnel is inexcusable. • Charging extra for the safe is tacky. • Rigid check-out policy at 12 noon extremely inconvenient and unnecessary. Borders on banditry, the $R 150/4 hrs! • Television is useless for foreigners. |

The breakfast was th only positive thing! The room was from arroud 1970. The bed was very poor. The aircondition was so laudly we could not stay in the room during the aircondition was on. The door for the balcony would not open. This is not a four star Hotel. |

The location and views were good. We were close to restaurants,shops and the sea. Our room was poor for a 4 star hotel.The decoration was dated and the windows which backed onto a main road opened extremely widely which could be fatal for any seriously depressed individual seeking escapism. The breakfast was dreadful. The staff were not particularly friendly. The best thing about the hotal was the roof terrace. It had wonderful views of the mountains. I would not recommend this hotel. |

Central to Copacabana shopping, buses, beach and buffet breakfast was good. More reasonable compared to others in similar category and location. Could have been cleaner and linen services not frequent. |

the hotel was very good - very clean, friendly staff, good location. we paid for use of the safe but were not able to use it as no one came to open it for us despite asking. they also did not have a hair dryer available. |

The location of the hotel is very good, next to underground and copacabana beach. The balcony had a nice view. The bathroom was very old, and toilet paper was terrible. |

absolutely nothing = worse hotel I have ever stayed in Staff were rude and disinterestede, rooms dirty, WI-FI not working, there was no space in the garage, the sheets on the bed were torn and very old, the bed was broken, the passage from the elevators stank. |

Do chuveiro e da mata para onde o quarto abria. Passei meus dois dias pedindo que colocassem a lâmpada do corredor do quarto e nao fui atendida e a tv não pega boa parte dos canais da Net. É imperdoável que se pemita que uma hóspede, só porque é estrangeira, circule de camisola e vá tomar café de camisola. Por fim: sugiro que esta página tenha uma revisão de língua portuguesa. |

Lo único destacable del hotel es la ubicación. Habitaciones y mobiliarios de la época que inaguraron el hotel (1960). Muy poco mantenimiento y ninguna renovación. En la habitación por momentos no había agua y nunca hubo agua caliente. Carísimo desde el punto de vista calidad precio. |

Fiquei de sexta 18/9 à segunda 21/9 , não tomei nenhum banho quente,não tinha àgua quente no hotel todo e ninguém fez nada para resolver isso.a qualidade de 4 estrelas é muito questionável falta muita coisa, foram inúmeras brigas com hóspedes. |

Proximidade do metrô O atendimento é impessoal, o horário do café da manhã e cumprido à risca, encerra rigorosamente as 10:30h e não permitem entrada do hóspede após esse horário. Não me permitiram sair do refeitório com uma fruta e um iogurte, isso foi um experiência ridícula o que me fez ver que o atendimento ao cliente por parte do hotel deixava muito a desejar. |

Localização. Todos os dias pela manhã o chuveiro quente não funcionou. Estive para correr a meia maratona então alguns colegas correram somente 10K o que ficava proximo do hotel. |

Estar em Copacabana, bairro urbano do Rio e ter a chance de visualizar bem próximo ao quarto, o verde da mata Atlântica e completo silêncio ( a não ser o canto dos pássaros). A localização também é muito boa, apesar de não ser na orla marítima. No domingo, o serviço de limpeza e troca de roupas de cama e banho é completamente sem cuidados.A exigência da saída ao meio-dia estraga qualquer possibilidade de se aproveitar da praia. |
