Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Beautiful landscape and excellent breakfast. Service prices are INSULTING. Dinner, while expected to be expensive, was outrageous. Food would've been expensive at 1/4 of the price. Spa services were also insanely expensive. While very nice, it costs double what luxury standards are in São Paulo, an already insanely expensive city.
