Smooth services, from booking confirmation until check out everything was working fine. Very friendly, helpfull and uncomplicated staff. Snacks for room service could improve. |

Location: downtown... perfect when you want to see standard shops in the neighbourhood, i.e. photo and related items, drugstores. It is a good compromise between cost and what it offers. In a place - Foz do Iguaçú - where you have plenty of places to visit, you stay in the Hotel using exactly what you pay for it... bath, bed & breakfast. Nothing to declare. My christian name is spelled Francisco [like San Francisco] and not Fransisco. Finally: booking,com was very useful for me and in the future I will consider it again. |

Rooms were not very clean or well decorated and set out. The guy in reception is the worst P.R that a hotel could have. Everything requested was a drag for him and a big negative. A smile was just too much effort. The wireless interent access had poor signal. the bellboy made up a lot with his keeness to assist. |

The service was hopeless, the lift was extremely slow and room poorly decorated. I will most definitely not stay at Hotel San Rafael again. |

It was very affordable, breakfast plentiful, although don't know why Brazilian hotels serve so much cake in their breakfast buffet. It was certainly not glamorous but ok for the money. The area around the hotel is pretty much deserted at night, only found two nearby restaurants and it was a bit spooky walking to them alone. |

Facilidade na contratação de serviço de turismo existente na entrada do hotel com atendimento elogiável. Diferente do que tive oportunidade de ler a recepção (atendentes) é muito boa e sempre conversei com diferentes funcionários os quais me trataran sempre bem (este fator sobre funcionários é muito complicado, pois se tratamos bem e educadamente o retorno geralmente é o mesmo). Localização para bons restaurantes foi ótima (proximidade). Passeios fácil de fazer devido a agencia no próprio hotel com preços acessíveis, forma de pagamento e equipe de guias. Para as pessoas como eu que não me preocupo com porteiro na entrada do hotel para abrir a porta e carregar as malas, o hotel é ótimo. Uma ótima piscina de adulto e infantil. |
