The public rooms were very impressive and definitely had the 'wow' factor going on. The terrace and bar were great places to hang out and while away a few hours. I would recommend the hotel for these things alone. There was no directory in the room which explained the facilities and how the tv worked. Also coffee was on offer on the room service menu but when requested I was told to go down to the bar. The loo was not fixed to the floor and wobbled quite significantly (rather disconcerting) and there was no cold water in my room on arrival so I had to have an extremely hot shower. |
