Novotel Jaraguá São Paulo Conventions    

we enjoyed the fact it was child friendly and was located near restaurants and shopping areas. the staff was helpful and friendly.

there was no swimming pool

This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group.

During the 2 days I stayed at the hotel the WiFi network was mostly down, specially during the evening hours and the night when I needed it the most. My company incurred substantial cost due to the impossibility to send out proposals and to coordinate my sales team. This is unacceptable for this class of hotel and will take me off your client list if this should happen once again. I seriously question the capabilities of the company to whom you have outsourced your internet connectivity capabilities. Regards

comfortable and well equiped rooms, decent bed and shower. excellent gym.

check in and out seems to take a long time, they have plenty of staff but allocation of roles isnt quite there

Rooms were spacious, comfortable with quality fittings. On site gym was very good.

Location isnt 100% but its central enough. Taxi´s needed unless you like walking like me!

The front desk staffs need more trainning.

Should have been restructured recently, rooms are nice and clean, wifi free and not too slow, breakfast with a good quality.

The quality check on rooms cleaning was not perfect: on three days I had twice a missing towel. Also I have to say that bathroom sets (soap, shampoo, etc.) are quite poor.

All of the staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic and made the trip very enjoyable.

This hotel is confortable according to this range of hotel.

Not possible to open windows ; no alchool in the mini bar.

The staff is very attencious, polite, helpful and friendly.

They have free internet at the room however it only works for one device at the time, so only one person can use internet at the time.

Very friendly staff, clean room, wonderful shower, free high speed wi-fi, LCD TV.

Fiz a reserva pelo Booking, e chegando lá me cobraram um pouco mais que o Booking dissera ser. Como não tinha comprovante em mãos, passou por isto.

O carpete dos corredores estava com um mal cheiro insuportável meu marido fico congestionado o tempo todo acho um absurdo ter que pagar o estacionamento em um hotel que você paga caro a diária e as promoção e o famoso pega troxa porque você tem que paga estacionamento caro café da manha caro e até um chocolate que você paga por aí 1,50 lá você paga no absurdo 7,00 não me hospedaria lá novamente

O Hotel sempre tudo muito bom, conforto também. Para mim a localização é excelente, próximo de muitos lugares que eu curto.Enfim tudo maravilhoso

O hotel é bastante confortável, com profissionais bastante prestativos, internet WiFi gratuita, etc. Os três pontos principais que destaco no Novotel Jaraguá são: 1. Teatro Jaraguá no próprio hotel. Uma das principais razões que nos levam a uma cidade como São Paulo são as peças de teatro, com artistas renomados e em ambientes bastante agradáveis, como no caso do Teatro Jaraguá. Estando hospedado no hotel, você tem direito a 30% de desconto na compra do ingresso, além, é claro, de não precisar se preocupar em pegar taxi. 2. Os pratos do cardápio têm uma ótima relação custo-benefício. Para aqueles que não quiserem sair à noite apenas para jantar, várias opções podem tornar sua noite bastante agradável. Destaque para as "Pastas" e para os peixes. 3. Localização. Bastante central, dando acesso fácil às linhas de ônibus e metrô, além de estar próximo a vários pontos turísticos que merecem ser conhecidos a pé.

A única coisa que não gostei no Novotel Jaraguá é, ironicamente, relacionada a um dos pontos principais que citei: a localização. Se você for passar apenas o fim de semana, sem problemas. Mas, durante a semana, mesmo nos andares mais altos, o barulho do trânsito é terrível. Esqueça aquela dormidinha até 9:30 - 10:00...

O conforto,gentileza no atendimento, facilidades, internet grátis, café da manhã variado para todos os gostos, boa gastronomia do restaurante com preços razoáveis.

O hotel não inclui o café da manhã na reserva do Booking, sendo assim o custo da diária sai bem mais caro Quando o hotel estava muito lotado com 3 eventos acontecendo ao mesmo tempo tivemos dificuldades com demora de room service e no restaurante.

Excelente Hotel, me sentí cancelando poco dinero en relación al servicio recibido. Ubicación fantástica para conocer la ciudad de Sao Paulo.
