Nothing. First, reception couldn't find my booking and second they gave me room 1016. Well room 1016 had a terrible bad smell as never been opened before for fresh air. Smell was really unbearable. When i complained and asked for room change, nobody helped, they just ignored me waiting for 2 hours in that room. Sometimes i regret being a member of the loyalty program a-club.

Hotel is centrally located and has a great view over the city. Large rooms with good bathroom. Part of bathroom door was rotting away. Room was lacking some basic amenities such as a shoe brush and coffee maker: things I would expect from a hotel in this price class.

Espacoso apartamento e banheiro, localizacao central em Sao Paulo. Boa infra-estrutura. Wi-fi lenta. Estacionamento e Cafe da manha extremamente caros.

Localização e custo benefício. As instalações e limpeza continuam boas, como sempre. Só não gostei do fato de cobrarem o valor do café da manhã em separado...

Le personnel de reception a ete efficace et agreable. Mais l'hotel n'avait pas recu la reservation de booking.com, ce qui a cree attente et complications au check in. Petit dej. Et restaurant de qualite. Equipe d'entretien efficace et intervention rapide. Hall d'accueil trop grand et impersonnel.

Minha esposa esqueceu algumas roupas no armário do hotel. A equipe foi muito atenciosa. Fizemos um depósito referente ao valor do Sedex e recebemos as roupas em casa.

O hotel é bom e confortável, tem um muito bom café da manhã, é fácil para estacionar, o que é ótimo, uma vez que sua localização não é das melhores. Recomendo para passeio e negócios.

atencao dos funcionarios, conforto, tudo. para mim que me hospedo com frequencia neste hotel o fato de estar com uma tarifa mais razoável foi ótimo juntar o conforto, o conhecimento e a localização.os funcionários são sempre muito atenciosos neste hotel

Bisogna scegliere attentamente la zona dove soggiornare perchè da una parte all'altra della città si cambia dimensione. Il Novotel Jaraguà è ottimamaente posizionato nel centro ma dui sera non è consigliabile uscire a piedi. Di giorno nessun problema. Inoltre è vicino ad alcuni luoghi di interesse (Edificio Italia, Cattedrale e Praça Sé, Praça Republlica).

Hotel bem localizado, com infraestrutura boa para hóspedes executivos. O café da manhã deixou a desejar pelo preço e a internet quase não funcionou nos dias em que fiquei no hotel.

Sin duda ninguna el personal del Hotel.Podría enumerar a todos, que todos son excelentes, pero sin duda la estrella de la noche fue Andreia, no sé si lo escribo bien, pero sin duda a ella estamos eternamente agradecidos. Lo único que no me gusto fue tener que volver a España y dejarlo.
