Super large room very comfortable, absolutely nothing wrong perfect. Two supermarkets are close to the hotel 2min walking, and to go out there is a super taxi service at the hotel.

Big apartment - combined kitchen and living room, separate bedroom - both very big. Alphaville is not near the center of Sao Paulo, so probably you would only stay there if you had business or friends in or around Alphaville. Alphaville itself is pretty, livable, lots of upscale shopping, walking street-shopping and is upscale. Downside: facilities are worn. Carpet entering the bedroom had been burned to the backing by a clothes iron left hot, plugged in on the floor. Carpet is very cheap, and a bit worn and dirty. When you get off the elevators at night the halls are dark, but lights go on and off as you walk down the hall. You are in the spotlight and what is in the dark?

Reception staff very friendly.... Easy parking.... Largest rooms (apartments) in Alphaville The restaurant / soom service is very poor.... Small menu choice for room service and limited time skales... Restaurant service must definatelly improve much much more

When I got to the hotel my reservation was not in theirs system so I had to wait. Small tv and not lcd, when was 8 am there were reforming a room and doing a loud noise and we could not sleep.The pillows sucks, breakfast is so so. 300 dolars!Too expensive for what they offer for the room, I do not recommend it and there is better hotels in the area for a better price.

I liked the roominess and the staff was helpful. Although English was not spoken by most of the staff they tried to understand and accommodate your needs. Non smoking rooms have ashtrays and matches in the rooms. This is contradictory and the first room assigned to us as non smoking had strong cigarette odor and I am sure it was because someone previously assumed the ashtray and matches allowed them to smoke. We had to move our room to one that did not have strong cigarette odor.

O atendimento foi ótimo. Deixou a desejar em alguns pontos,como o café da manhã,e o restaurante em reforma deveria ser avisado no e-mail.

Fui comemorar meu aniversário de casamento e ao fazer o checkin a pior surpresa, era 12:30 pm e nao teríamos serviço de quarto. No quarto encontrei os registros de água fechados e os detalhes com sinal de abandono. Pela manhã pedir o cafe no quarto, após 40 minutos chegam os frios queimados de geladeira e passados no tempo sem guardanapos, açúcar, adoçante. Resumindo, euma decepcao e ainda me cobráram o cafe no quarto mesmo sendo lúa de mel. Nao recomendo a ninguem o hotel.

Situación, amabilidad del personal del hotel, y sobre todo, muy importante en Brasil, la seguridad de la zona, ya que existe mucha vigilancia. Entre las 08.30 y las 18.00 había un ruido infernal de algún tipo de motor eléctrico.

Bom; gostei em 1° lugar do atendimento ,são funcionários muito educados e respeitosos ,tem boa localização, o café da manhã é perfeito a cozinha é bem sofisticada ................... Gostei muito da piscina é linda ,mas vai uma opinião : poderia ser aquecida porém o dia que eu me hospedei estava chovendo e um pouco frio então não de para aproveitar a piscina ; foi o que não gostei muito pelo fato de não poder aproveitar

Os funcionários são super amigáveis e a localização é ótima. Achei o preço um pouco alto para o quarto, quando cheguei tinha uma lâmpada queimada e pedaços da luminária em cima da cama e os lençóis pareciam pequenos para a cama, pois não ficavam presos embaixo do colchão.

De kamers zijn erg ruim van opzet, aparte living/keuken, slaapkamer en badkamer. Het is prettig om ook op de bank te kunnen relaxen en een bureau om aan te werken. Ijskast is goed gevuld en de gehanteerde prijzen zijn zeer redelijk. WiFi/Vast internet is gratis! Hotel is in principe prima, zeer proper, maar wel enigszins gedateerd.

O serviço de internet wireless é medíocre para um hotel deste preço. O restaurante tambem é aquem do que um hotel deste preço deveria oferecer, pois nem o ar condicionado funcionava.

Foi o primeiro hotel na minha vida que tive que pagar no chec-in. Fizeram exigência. Falta de educação dos atententes. Realmente sem qualificação. O quarto cheira a cigarro, a comida é péssima. O atendimento é péssimo. Nunca mais ficarei neste hotel e inclusive irei fazer propaganda contra.
