Café da Manhã Quarto velho necessitando de reforma urgente ! Cama não condiz com o hotel ! Atendimento ruim ! No check-out tentaram cobrar uma diária mais cara - tive que mostrar o voucher da Booking para entenderem que a conta já estava paga antecipadamente ! Não recomendo ! Em Gramado existem outras opções mais baratas e melhores !!!

fui para um evento cientifico, descontaram as diárias no momento da reserva como me resfriei fiquei acamada a tarde e durante a tentativa de dormir tive que aguentar barulho de furadeiras em diferentes locais sei que as vezes é inevitável mas ficou muito desconfortável e sequer pedem desculpas

Muitas opções gastronômicas, atendimento atencioso e quartos confortáveis, Estávamos com uma amiga americana e não havia nenhum material impresso em língua inglesa, tais como o informativo do hotel, guia turístico, mapa da cidade. O café da manhã encerra muito cedo.

Gostamos do espaço kids, que oferece conforto e opções aos pais, bem como das piscinas aquecidas e da equipe de funcionários, sempre atenciosos. Além disso, o aquecedor do quarto atende aos dias mais frios do ano, tornando o ambiente bem quentinho e aconchegante. O café da manhã é fraco, os quartos são barulhentos, porque tem paredes de dry wall. Os restaurantes do hotel tem comida ruim e cara, alem de serem despreparados para receber muita gente, pois ficamos mais de uma hora esperando os pratos, que vieram frios e fora do ponto.
