Fantastic staff made the say here. Good size room and good views.

A lovely kitchen with microwave, sink and fridge but nothing to enable them to be used. Why, why why have a kitchen where you cannot even make a coffee. Cups, plates and cutlery would make all the difference.

- Close to bus station so easy to get to the waterfalls - Clean, though could be maintained a little better.

- 'Kitchenette' didn't have a kettle, plates, bowls, spoons, knifes, forks, hob or oven!! It was basically a fridge and a microwave with a sink. Nothing more. Couldn't even make a coffee.

Spacious and very clean rooms. Very nice view over the city. Friendly staff. Very nice and abundant breakfast buffet.

The gym is very small and not well equipped. The machines are in a bad condition.

For the deal I got I was very satisfied with the comfort, facilities and cleanliness of this hotel. It's near to shops and a good restaurant (Buffalo's - corpses and salad buffet for veggos, music too). William (spelling?) at the hotel desk couldn't have been more helpful and efficient! Bus stop to the Falls just round the corner. Highly recommend. It worked well for us!

English language and time difficulties with some busy staff, but I found that quite understandable. They all helped. Porter very pollte also.

The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and all food in the hotel was delicious and of a very high standard. The service from restaurant staff was amazing. Pedro the restaurant manager treated every person like a VIP. He could not do enough to make your stay perfect. He was the highlight of my stay at the hotel!

Location is superb, right in the heart of downtown, but in a very calm street, with a bus stop just 1 block away where you can grab buses to almost everywhere (including to Paraguay). The rooms are big and staff is friendly. Good breakfast (although it lacks on fruit options) and the structure of the hotel in general. Wifi service.

TV is located at the living room and not at the bedroom. Very limited number of power outlets available (1 at the living room, inconveniently located far from table, and 1 hidden behind the bed in the bedroom).

Hotel is a good location if you would rather be in the town unlike many of the other hotels which are along the main road to iguassu and have nothing around them. Hotel room was lovely, a large suite which we didn't expect and pool is nice.

Very rude woman on the reception. We arrived early as she was extremely unhelpful and had to prise information out of here. By no means would we expect a room if we arrive early, but she was by far the rudest hotel staff we met on our trip around Brazil. Shame because the other staff were very helpful. Apart from the hotel was good.

No wine by the glass available in the lounge. However, you could purchase a whole bottle that comes from the restaurant. Power outlets needed a specific size to use and limited number of outlets for electronics.

Slavieiro exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely helpful to non-Portuguese speakers, the rooms were modern, clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

The hotel electric sockets take three prong round plugs, rather than two prong flat US plugs as standard in most Brazilian hotels - but the hotel provided an adapter with no problem.

A very modern high quality building given it's location. The room was similar to a one bedroomed apartment. Staff were quite helpful and the room facilities were pretty good. I would certainly stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting this location. Quite good value, certainly compared to the price/quality of hotels in Rio

O checkin deveria ser 12h00, chegeui ao hotel e precisei ficar esperando até as 14h00

Localização muito boa, hotel com presença e atendimento de bom nível. Café da manhã bem servido.

é por este item que jamais me hospedarei neste hotel, seria a falta de respeito com as leis nacionais anti-fumo nos locais públicos e locais fechados, o cheiro de cigarro de alguns hospedes mal educados encomoda demais.

Não gostei do quarto nao ter televisão, tinha muita poeira no local, pois não parei de espirrar. O colchão é super duro e o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava.
