Nice location - very close to the station for the bus to the airport - wlaking distance to the BH market
If you get the room with view to the street, it is very noise - but I have asked to change the room to the back of the hotel and they did - no noise at all
Stay here many times , breakfast always poor , should change the sausages for bacon , low quality breads not fresh !
The guys at the front desk in the mornings, the breakfast, and the steam room...
The restaurant manager, the street sound, the exercise room, the WIFI, the telefone, the lamps...etc. The hotel is a little tired...
helpful staff, plentiful breakfast
very noisy room, breakfast space very small and no windows
The staff were very friendly and helpful
It was very expensive for what you got, however I'm guessing this was because I was staying there during the World Cup. However overall the room was poor and the pool facilities were awful!
Nice and clean, a very good shower and very helpful/friendly staff.
Poor wi-fi reception.
location is in central belo horizonte, easy to get around from there
rooms are not at the quality we expected, quite old and not most pleasant
Staff were so friendly and would say here again.
The breakfast was decent at least
They didnt change towels, the water was cold and they did not respect my reservation. I was put in an alternative room because the hotel was overbooked
Location and complimentary breakfast were OK. Very friendly staff.
Bathrooms had terrible smell because of problems with drainage of sewer. No matter how many times the maid clean the bathroom, the bad smell came from the drainage pipe. The room, that was supposed to be for three beds, was too small. They added a table with two chairs in between the beds that make difficult to circulate. Also electric outlets by the TV were loose and could initiate a fire.
Good downtown location
Expensive during world cup
A gentleman called Herbert at reception very fluent English spoken and extremely polite person, have explained well about the city tax charged that I wasn't aware of ! Overall :good location , good food and clean surroundings . Stayed here many times reviewed it every since !
A bit loud at night even back rooms .
In spite of a high floor (14th), the room was noisy due to the street traffic. The first room we were offered was in front of a wall! The hotel was difficult to find as no name was visible from the street(
Cleanless Services Concierge
Not quite what I would expect from the star rating.. but clean.. rooms need modernising a bit.. staff really fantastic. I arrived expecting to spend the weekend alone, but then my wife and daughter flew in to join me, and the hotel were very accommodating. Our little 2 year old also made a little havoc in the room which the hotel were very patient with. All in all a good experience in BH and perfectly located for the market, theatre etc.. a very short walk from the airport bus drop off.
nothing I didn't like. Other than the fact that finding a hotel with a bath seems to be mission impossible in Brazil.. but that goes for every hotel and apartment I ever stayed in.
Spacious room LCD +cable tv including some BBC channels and lots of more channels for kids ! Reception stuff very friendly on my early check-in althought they did not received my request in time , but a lady managed to get me a room @ 10:30 am. I still thank her for that ! My room had all facilities that I needed all clean and good amount of fresh towels , very powerful shower in a good size bathroom ! Area is very good for everything : eat out, shop , business. Could managed to do business and my shopping in a half day, as all is very close!!! I have stayed in this hotel when it used to be Meliá chain ,now is own by Best Western chain I found it better than before . 100% recommended .
Wifi is very slow almost down ! Brazil has bad reputation for telecoms so I was already expecting it not to be working !!!!
location, right in the centre. Staff is friendly and helpfull.
rooms: quite old and noisy (bút spacious), loud airco; breakfast: the room was small and cold, choice was limited.
Location; very clean and tidy, personnel extremely helpful.
Minor remark: the gym could be equipped a bit better.
Poor maintenance; poor service;
it's got swimming pool and sauna. Delicious breakfast
3-bed rooms a little smaller than expected, you don't know where to open your luggage, but it worth it
Spacious and clean rooms. Close to downtown.
Poor wifi signal. Shallow and dirty swimming pool. Sauna and gym not working properly. Diverse but tasteless breakfast. Worst "pão de queijo" in town!
