Na realidade fiquei muito pouco no hotel, pois estava sempre curtindo as belezas da cidade de Natal, porém destacaria a presteza dos funcionários, limpeza do hotel e café matinal como pontos fortes. |

Da tranquilidade do lugar, do serviço e do pessoal que nos atendeu de modo muito prestativo. Pouco espaço para o café da manhã quando o hotel recebe muitos hóspedes ao mesmo tempo. |

Preparado com capricho, o bufê do café da manhã (pequeno almoço) contempla boas opções de frutas, sucos e algumas saborosas receitas regionais, como macaxeira cozida e um ou outro bolo típico. A limpeza dos quartos é outro destaque. Na reserva, seria conveniente deixar bem claro ao hóspede se o quarto tem ou não vista para o mar. Isso faz uma bela diferença na escolha. Os quartos voltados para a Avenida Roberto Freire mostram uma paisagem depressiva. Pedi para fazer a troca e, ainda bem, fui atendido. Seria bom informar também que a piscina é apenas um "tanquinho" para crianças. |

Cortesia e atenção dos funcionários, limpeza de todos os ambientes, desde áreas comuns do hotel até o quarto, bom café da manhã. Aumentar área de lazer (piscina). |
