The staff was very kindly.
Hello, Me and my husband always use booking.com to select hotels. In this time we are very disappointed with your services. We made a reservation in São Paulo for two days at the park in Ibapuera by radisson. The fare was aprox. 957 Brazilian reales two nights. In the page says that was the lowest fare and we believe it. But when we arrived we decided to stay another day. The fare for the night was 240 Brazilian reales. ( lowest in comparison of your average price given). It was a surprise for us and then we asked the hotel manager. He said that the average price is 240 or 250 Brazilian reales per night. But he can't do nothing because we selected the reservation by booking.com. Do to this, we would like a refund for this big price discrepancy. Or a credit in booking for our next travel if we decide to use booking again. This was a big disappointment for us, because we use to believe in booking.com blindness. Nicole Skvirsky
poor service, over billed me, loud noises all night
location, value for money,comfort
all was ok
To pay for early arrive 9 am When are rooms available
Reception staff could not recommend any nearby restaurants.
The room is horrible: dirty, old and smelly. Breakfast is terrible: restaurant is dirty and the quality of the food was low. When in Sao Paulo, avoid this place!
The location is the best thing about the hotel.
Everything is old and worn out and the Internet connection is just lame.
large bed. location. swimming pool. gym.
small shower area. commum area on room floor was durty.
Very large room, nice loby, comfort bed, good location (a few minutes waling to the shopping). Such price in Sao Paulo is very valuable. And a free drink :)
When cheking in, waited half an hour, too slow. Breakfasst is relatively simpler, but it is not a problem.
Breakfast buffet Panorama Design
Waiting in reception up to 30 min!!! Waiting elevators up to 6-7 min
+ Hotel is a close to shoping center + Good breakfast +speed wifi + safe region
- air conditioning broken
Location, architecture, space, value for money.
Restaurant, cafeteria and room service are just TERRIBLE.
very friendly staff breakfast is not great but ok mini bar and room service prizes are fair
hotels should stop offering gym and spa facilities if it is an old bike, one treadmill and old multi-exercise machine and one bar with exactly 7 kilo weights to put on. the spa is an old wooden sauna for 4 people. internet...high speed?? most of the time at the peak times it did not work or every time i had to sign again...and again...in five days we changed four times the code as it did not react on the old one...for working purposes highly annoying...
The receptionist got confused with an internet reservation by booking.com and made another one. On the next day I received an e-mail saying that I gave a no show.
I arrived 10:30 am, they have a room ready but they want to charge me half a daily desk rate wich was equal to half of the money I paid for 3 nights!!!! The Internet was terrible slow. The room phone never works. I stayed in the hotel many times but this one was my last. I never recommend this hotel for anybody.
The hotel is clean and well placed. Rooms are large
There isn heating system in the room. Winter in Sao Paulo can be cold
location clean good service
too much expensive for the comfort offered. i would not classify it as 4 stars.
I understand why I had to pay in advance for both nights at check-in: once you see the room you feel tempted to go elsewhere. Ugly old room, dirty looking carpet, water pipe noises all night long, looks more like an ordinary motel. Breakfast was a catastrophy, dirty tables, had to ask to the very slow and absent personal for spoons or bowls, nothing was prepared, incredible! Never again!
