Last day we got a quiet room which was not on the street (to be asked) 1) Wrong advice from the receptionist (on august 16th morning, 2009). We have been told there was no bus on sunday from Rio to Parayt which is totally wrong. Following this bad advice we took a taxi which was much more costly (bus was 4 times cheaper) We suspect that they wanted to sell us an excursion day 2) Noisy room on the street |

The staff were wonderfully courteous and professional. They addressed all of our questions and requests promptly and efficiently (furthermore, they convert dollars at a reasonable rate with no handling fees). Really great, and I would recommend this hotel to friends. Our room on the first floor faced an airshaft, and it was quite dark. I had requested a room on a higher floor with views of the beach or city, but we got this instead. Since the hotel was full, this is understandable, but it would have been nice to have a sunnier room. The room was clean and the shower worked well. |

This hotel is very well located between Copacabana and Ipanema beaches (within walking distance). The room is pretty clean compare to other hotels within the area of the same price. Also, the buffet breakfast have more and better selections compare to other hotels. I have stayed in different hotels during this trip and I know the differences. This is the best among all the hotels I stayed. |

It's near Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. Nice view of Rio from the top floor. Menu do not have enough brazilian food and not veggie meal.The rooms are noisy because air conditioning allows holes in walls. Only black curtains in rooms, during the day you have to choose between privacy or having a view. The swimming pool is small and sport equipment is limited. |

Brilliant location, very helpful easygoing staff, nice roof pool, excellent bar, well equiped rooms, great breakfast buffet, free web acces in your room. Food in the restaurent is pretty poor. |

good location Several afternoons when I returned to my room my card key failed to work. Reception always blamed this on damage to the magnetic strip. An alternative explanation is that reception deactivated all card keys in the hotel at checkout time each day. |

Chegamos ao hotel e não havia quarto standard com cama de casal, então o gerente nos transferiu para a suíte sem custo. O quarto era muito bom. Serviço de quarto não é mais 24h, e todos os menus do quarto dizem que o serviço é 24h. |

le rapprot qualité/prix, la propreté; la qualité du petit-déjeuner, la Wifi gratuite victime de l grande panne d'électricité qui a frappé le Brésil le mardi 10 Novembre, j'ai pu constater que les éclairages de secours n'ont fonctionén que 30-40 minutes, alors qu'elles devraient tenir 4heures; ceci est donc illégal et dangereux ! |

O quarto é muito confortável. O ar-condicionado funciona bem, apesar de ser ruidoso. O atendimento dos funcionários da recepção é excelente. Gostei muito da minha estadia. Uma coisa que me incomodou foi que o meu telefone do quarto tocava muitas vezes e quando eu atendia, desligavam. A falta de privacidade também foi um ponto negativo, as janelas não são espelhadas, então ou fechamos as cortinas, ou os moradores da frente enxergam tudo dentro do quarto. |

Personnel trés présent et trés agréable. Les petits déj sont excellents. Le personnel de la réception est trés professionnel et trés à l'écoute. Ils m'ont permis de garder ma chambre jusqu'à 14h30 au lieu de midi car mon vol de retour était en début de soirée et ceci sans supplément. Un peu bruyant, et matériel informatique toujours occupé ( un seul pc ) |

É um hotel de ótima localização e uma boa relação custo benefício.Os funcionários são atenciosos e receptivos. Sou profissional da área de saúde e aí vai uma dica p/ muitos hoteis.No café da manhã, sucos, frutas, yogurt entre outros, ficam expostos por muito tempo.Temos opções práticas e higienicas p/ isso, com embalagens individuais e descartáveis.( Suco, yogurt, todinho, requeijão), p/ os demais, acho que a reposição deve ser realizada mais vezes, p/ que o produto não fique por muito tempo em exposição! |

A privacidade e o serviço de quarto acrescido da localizaçao para a proximidade do evento que fui participar. Sim o fato de que solicitei o pagamento no crédito e foi realizado no débito, isso demonstrou certo descaso do serviço de recepção. |

A localização, o fato de ter garagem e o café da manhã que é bom. os serviços não são adequados para um hotel que deve receber muitos turístas estrangeiros . está com aspecto de velho, precisa reforma e mais treinamento para o pessoal. |

En realidad no me ha gustado No parece hotel 4 estrellas, la habitacion muy mala, pequeña, la cama muy mal, ruidos del aire acondicionado, se escuchaba el ruido del ascensor todo la noche muy fuerte, el baño se ceramica negra por lo cual la limpieza no se podia apreciar. muy pero muy malo. |
