Atendimento Localização O quarto estava muito quente, e não conseguimos dormir bem, mesmo ligando o ar condicionado no máximo de frio, como a calefação do banheiro estava ligada quando chegamos, o quarto permaneceu muito quente.

Gostei de quase tudo: acomodações, salas de estar, ambientes bem decorados, acolhedores, limpos. Os lanches noturnos poderiam ser melhor preparados. Houve dias em que a sopa foi excessivamente aguada.

O ambiente é acolhedor. No ultimo dia de nossa passagem pelo hotel, encontramos 2 fios de cabelos ao colocar o café na xícara. Chamamos a pessoa que nos atendia, um rapaz que respondeu prontamente se desculpando pelo ocorrido e substituindo o serviço de café.... Ainda em relação a o café da manhã, algo que no nosso caso é bastante relevante nas escolhas dos hoteis quando viajamos, poderia ser melhor em termos de variedades dentro da relação custo x benefício do hotel. Muitos bolos e tortas doces impecáveis na apresentação, porém a parte salgada deixa muito a desejar, tanto em variedade como no frescor. O chá da tarde oferecido é fraco se comparado até mesmo a pousadas em que ja nos hospedamos na região. O apartamento em que ficamos não condiz com a proposta aconchegante do restante do hotel, em termos de estilo, apesar de ser um bom apartamento.

Hotel encantador com funcionários atenciosos, limpeza impecável e ambiente extremamente agradável. Os bolos servidos com o típico chá de maçã é uma cortesia que agrada e demonstra um pouco das características da região. Adoramos o hotel e com certeza voltaríamos. Parabéns pelo excelente serviço! Não. Gostamos de tudo.
