The location is just awesome close to everything, shopping malls, main attractions, restaurants, bus stop, Argentina and Paraguay borders!

This was my second stay, the first stay was not as good as this stay because the hotel was renovated and I stayed in the new sector. It was very clean in the room and bathroom.

The bed was quite uncomfortable because they were two beds joined and the center was annoyingly bulgy. The room is so itsy bitsy. The internet was really spacy and absolutely useless most of the time. The dinner service in the restaurant was way below par.

It is by the central bus station so very convenient to take buses to agentina, paraguay, dam and falls

Very good location,the bus stop for the waterfalls is five minutes by foot. The room very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the pool on the roof,friendly stuff Good variety for breakfast

Not all receptionists speak English, none of them could help with bus transport.

The staff was great! I am a non-Portuguese speaking woman who was traveling alone. I always felt welcome and that they had my safety and best interest in mind. The room was always clean and comfortable. I would stay again. GREAT value!!

The only downside was that the windows opened onto the alley so they tried to cover the view with windows that let in air but very little light so the room was quite dark.

Close to the bus station for buses to airport and iguacu falls. Rooms clean if a little small. Good buffet style breakfast

Convenience cleanliness (even with construction work going on) [so many of the hotels we looked at--even 4 & 5 stars, guests complained of smell of "mofo" (mold)...none of that at Taroba] the new wing is a great upgrade

Despite confirmation by telephone from the hotel personnel of the guaranteed rate quoted by Booking.com, the front desk tried to collect the higher price upon arrival...In fact they had already charged the room the higher price for the first night by the time of our arrival, and required signing the credit card slip before signing in to hotel. Not just a mistake but certainly a miscommunication between front desk and reservations... In the end, the Booking.com rate prevailed because I brought a print-out of the confirmation with guaranteed rate clearly stated.

The breakfast is very very good. The location too. Nice place to stay.

My only problem was needing to have expense of taxis to conference venue but this was not the hotels problem it was the conference organisers problem So really no problems at all

The best I like the hotel is location which is in the heart of the city and very close to the bus station that makes you to reach every corner of the city very cheap. And the buses are very cheap, for example you can go to the falls in Argentina's side by 20 reals by bus from a stop near the hotel instead of a tour cost 120 reals. There are restaurants and markets very cheap around the hotel. Muffato Market for example.

The single room is very small but enough to stay.

Englisch of the reception staff was Not very Good (but still ok...)

Very impressed with this hotel. Good location right next to the bus terminal so you can pay R$2.65 to get the bus from the airport. Its also next to the Muffato hipermarket that sells everything you could need. Hotel reception is good (a little slow) but friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good internet area for casual coffees and tv watching. Rooms are comfortable, not quite as sound proofed as i would prefer but i managed. Clean and tidy, and had a different origami towel animal everyday which was cool and a first. So had a turtle and elephant. Makes arriving in the hotel homely. Breakfast was good and safe for baggage store. Easy to get buses if you are n a budget to the falls or the dam. Recommend.

I booked a single room and ended getting up a spacious room for three people, which was a nice treat. The room was in the newly-added part of the hotel, which is much more modern than the older part. The breakfast was comprehensive and good. Buses are really close, so for getting to the airport you would not even need a taxi. All in all, I think the hotel offers a good value for money - however, I was there after the Easter weekend, I am pretty sure prices would be substantially higher during peak time.

Wifi did not work in the room on the first day, but they were keen on quickly fixing it, so it worked from the second day on. The pool is quite small - don't make it a reason to choose this hotel, there are better ones. The fitness room could have a bit more equipment. During the day there was noise for their construction currently going on - but I guess that's the time when you should be out exploring the waterfalls anyway. No noise in the evening or too early in the morning.

O café servido 4:30h, o que ajudou muito na volta. O atendimento é bom e tudo é bem organizado.

Outra fez fiquei hospedado em uma ala nova. Há muita diferença entre a ala nova e a antiga e reformada, apeasr do custo ser o mesmo. Tb pedi pelo Booking que fosse colocado em um quarto novo, mas não fui atendido, muito menos foi dada qualquer explicação

O elevador panoramico que não tem visão para lugar nenhum.

Nao tinha agua quente nos 3 dias que me hospedei no hotel. Reclamei e vi outros hospedes reclamando Ar condicionado barulhento Minutos de telefone muito alto Cafe da manhã muito fraco Quarto muito pequeno. Internet de graça que oferece é lenta a rápida é necessário pagar para usar. Não recomendo nem para o diabo

Cheguei as 24:00 hs, no dia seguinte pela manhã, já estavam me chamando para assinar o pagamento e eu só ia sair dois dias depois, detalhe a boleta do cartão já estava impressa e nem me perguntaram se eu queria ou não parcelar, fui estorquida, além da diária me cobraram iss e taxa de turismo coisa que não acontece em diversos hotéis que me hospedo pois viajo com muita frequencia e isso nunca aconteceu nem fora do brasil e além disso, me cobraram r$ 50,00 porque a camareira disse que sentiu cheiro de cigarro no meu quarto e nem fumar eu fumo questionei mas não adiantou, os funcionários não são nem um pouco simpáticos, o ar condicionado da torre 1 é barulhento eu nem ligava porque o barulho não me deixava dormir por isso, eu ficava com a janela aberta e provavelmente, na hora que a camareira entrou algum hóspede de outro quarto estava fumando e o cheiro foi para o meu quarto porque a janela ficava de dia e de noite aberta e no final foi eu que tive que pagar r$ 50,00 fiquei indignada. Não sei como a fifa reservou esse hotel para eventos. Fizeram manutenção no elevador e tive que subir escada com peso e eu tive trombose nas duas pernas e nem podia subir mas...nesse hotel nunca mais, eles devem com certeza estar muito mau de finanças. Mandei chamar a camareira mas ela já tinha ido enfim, a palavra do hóspede não vale de nada pois o que eles querem é tirar dinheiro da gente.

Peguei um nom pacote de estadia.

Não coma nada do cardápio. Alto custo, porém pouca quantidade. Mas boa qualidade. Da pra achar melhor fora.

Da localização Estacionamento

No site do hotel afirma que há Internet gratuita em todas áreas. O hóspede consegue conexão com o roteador sem fio, mas não consegue acesso à Internet. Só consegue acesso à Internet pagando. O telefone não funcionava o apartamento é muito pequeno. O preço muito elevado comparado com outros hotéis do mesmo padrão. Não recomendo o hotel.
