Nice appartment style room with a large balcony. Good fitness facility and near the parc. Good restaurants nearby.

Some staff members speak poor English.

The staff was very kind. Rooms are confortable. The staff can provide extra facilities, such as kettle of microwave oven, upon request. Location is great. Itaim is a lively neiborhood, full of good restaurants and bistros. A walk to/in Ibirapuera park is highly recommended.

Complimentary Wifi is a bit slow (it has to be renewed every six hours), but it works.

Good staff, DBL rooms consist of 2 rooms, nice balconies. Taxi is standing always near the hotel.

I was very happy staying at this hotel. The location is great, fairly close to shopping centre, but it was a little noisy due to to constructions around the area. The room was clean and spacious. The staff friendly.

* Space for showers is very tiny * Do not seem to be ready for business travelers: - Free internet is limited to 6 hours - Antiquated accounting systems: I could not get the lodging invoice on the evening before I checked out, even though it had already been paid in full - The hotel charged my personal credit card in advance, on 07/19/12, although that card was supposed to be used only to hold the reservation. Before check out, on 08/02/12, I paid again with my Corporate AMEX card, but still have not received the refund (US$1,500+) into my personal account.

Better than most hotel for business. The wireless went down, but the breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Gym was small, and pool is a large tub, but in better condition than most in Brazil. I would go back.

Great service and location, was very happy with all the amenities

The room was not clean. The smell was very bad. The hotel did not do anything to solve the problem. I got sick after my stay at this hotel.
