Not only it has a poor signal, when you get it it's really slow and unstable.
It is a good hotel with helpful staff. There is beautiful pool on the roof, but it is too smaller than what it looks in the photos. Good restaurants in the neighborhood.
There is no good view.
a good hotel for business trips. tranquil hotel and neighbourhood.
bathroom drain had some problems. we informed the reception and they told us that they would notify maintenance. nothing changed though.
bathroom size old furniture poor decoration
The size of the rooms THe balcony where you can smoke
Wifi was not working ok at the room I was, which was a bit upsetting!
Rooms show a good use of space, even standard offering bedroom, living area and balcony, although, yes, the shower space is limited. Staff were excellent as was the buffet. The bar area is minimal (6 chairs), which seems strange for a hotel that seems to cater for the business crowd, but hey, you'r'e in Sao Paulo, there's no shortage of places to drink!
A word of warning based on a visit here in July 2014. A major and extremely loud construction project has started just opposite, so choose rooms at the sides or back of the hotel.
Air conditioning could not heat up .... At 11 degrees outside this was a serious issue... Room way to cold
- Good room service - Great location
- Internet didn't work, I stayed 3 nights and needed to use my 3G to connect. - There's no good common spaces for casual meetings, and the meeting room is very expansive. - The lunch is poor for the price and for the quality I could expect. - Was a bit cold on the city and there's no heat system.
Staff was very helpful and English was excellent. There were good eating options nearby.
There was ongoing construction of a new building Monday through Saturday which could be heard the entire day despite being on a high floor. The adjoining restaurant had a limited room service menu and seemed a little dated. Room key cards were tempermental and frustrating to use/enter. The rooms are in need of updating and our room didn't resemble the online photos which appeared to feature refreshed rooms.
Staff was very accommodating
Room was too small. Could not close bedroom door with 2 single beds The beds were soo light weight. They would around by just sitting on them. Bathroom was too cramped. Inorder to get into the shower I could not access it without closing the door first
The recepcionist Agatha Canhadas us one of a kind. She has an amazingly bright future ahead of her.
The vallet service
Great room, great staff and good food for breakfast
Internet a little slow
excellent staff, great location.
bed is hard as a rock.
Very good staff.
Very limited breakfast selection, bed is hard as a rock.
The new design of the room de luxe.
The noice during the day and the night.
Nice hotel with pleasant staff. Nice facilities. Hotel restaurant, next door, serves a great breakfast buffet, and there are other options nearby. Ibirapuera Park is a short walk away, and it was always easy to get a taxi at the hotel. Comfortable room.
The workers doesnt take care about the customers and mostly of them doesnt speak any english You cant paye in euros or dolars only in local money this is no good
No English Speaking staff!!!! Lazy in their job!!!!
Metro station not close
The breakfast was nice when I managed to get it. The reception let me use there printer to print off a document I needed. Good location to local amenities. Google Camelos its a pizza resteraunt 30 seconds from the hotel its the best in Sao paulo service and food was beautiful. Roof pool and gym and wifi in the room are a nice touch
I think I must have just had a bad experience with this hotel. 1. I upgraded my room to a suite plus it wasn't worth it. The balcony was dirty with fag buts. I got charged 42R$ for the cafe maria which is coffee which I didn't use or have sachets for. The fridge sporadically kicks in through the night but its loud and wakes you up. The new improved shower smells. When other people on the floor use there showers you get a loud glugging noise and smell from it which echoes well. 2. It was around 2pm I decided to upgrade as I couldn't stand being harassed by an obnoxious lady security guard. I sat outside for a while on the stairs she moved me on after showing her my booking and bag drop card. I sat in the lobby she questioned me twice I gestured to the reception for some assistance no luck that I was a paying guest no luck. Maybe my attire of walking boots and jogging bottoms was not good enough but i was on the end of 32 hours of travelling. 3.After checking in about 2.15pm earlier than expected the bell boy would not let me take my own bag as a backpacker I never let it out of my site and low and behold a different guy appears at my door with the wrong bag after 2 attempts i go back to reception to get collared by the security guard who wouldn't let me take my bag eventually they did after producing the keys for the locks. I assure you I am am a normal looking person I don't know why they didn't like me. 4.The free breakfast is 8-10 not 12 as advertised after 12 you pay for the buffet so i didn't go the second morning as I stayed 2 nights. 5. Check out was the real problem I chose to do this at about 10am I had a trainee to check me out this shouldn't be a problem.
bad service, especially for check out. No coffee in the room, extremely small bath room.
I send 5 doctors to stay at the hotel, besides myself and one of them had an urgency and didn´t show up. I ask the hotel a free cancellation and the hotel charged me the entire rate. Terrible. Bye bye, The Capital Hotel
Decent room with enough space. Comfortable bed. Quiet rooms.
Internet was very, very slow. Not practical for a business traveller.
