Great, friendly staff who spoke lots of different languages. Good vibe to meet other travelers if that's your thing. Privacy if it's not. Good breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend!

Location isn't totally centralized but it's super close (5 minute walk) to a metro station where you can get anywhere, so because of that even the location was good. Doors could be a little thicker/more soundproof to the rooms, but really that is minor.

The staff was very friendly and offered suggestions about what to do in the city also giving maps of the metro system. The hostel is a 5 minute walk from the Santana metro which gets you downtown within 20 minutes and is only 2 stops from the Tiete bus station (the largest bus station in Sao Paulo)

Staff is super reliable - ask anything and they will try to help you. Spacious rooms and enough plugs. Good wifi and good PCs available.

It's less than 5 minutes walk to Faria Lima metro. Daniel and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a good area if you want to walk around small botique shops and restaurant around villa madalena.

The staff are really friendly and helpful with suggestions as to best place for site seeing and points of interest. It's just 2 metro stops away from Tiete, which is the main bus stop to travel outside Sao Paolo and where airport shuttle bus stop from the airport.

I had never stayed in a hostel until a few months ago. Now this is the 4th hostel I've stayed in Sao Paulo in as many months and can safely say it by far this best value for money. Great area plenty of cheap bars for food and drink. Close to Metro and bus station also very near to main coach station, large park near which is a real bonus in SP. Fantastic shopping area and relatively safe area for this town.

All good, this hostel is too good for backpackers.

The manager Thiago just wants your money, he wont open the door of the hostel, if you forgot to pay just one day and will throw your food away (I saw the case of a Jalmei, a guy who was moving out and the manager forbid him the entrance to the hostel just because the guy didnt pay 10 reals), he offers you to make an tab in the bar, but the next day he orders you to pay. The old girl in the morning doesn't speak English, and she's rude speaking Portuguese. Just workers in the hostel, no party, no happiness, i wont recommend this place.

Tiago in the reception was the nicest guy! For us the location was good because we were staying only one night and we needed to be close the bus station. If you want to spend more days in sao paulo and spend time in the center i think this hostel is a little bit far. Wifi was working in the room without a problem. Possibility to wash clothes for 15 real. Basic hostel , nothing special. In general Ok place to stay.

In that tv that we had in our room was possible to see only one channel (and it was a religuous one) and even that was seen bad. Of course tv in the room is not the most important thing , but because we had it it would have been nice if it would have worked.

A lot of space for me because there were not many guests.

Very poor breakfast. Too little space in the toilet - not possible to sit and close doors at the same time.

Great place to stay, like a home away from home. It doesn't get any friendlier than this. Close to everything that's cool in Sao Paulo. The subway is just a few minutes away, and you're just a walk away from your everyday needs at Santana Street. I'll come back for my next stay. Way to go guys!
