i really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the room was amazing! I was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Pool area ok but pool very cold as sheltered from the sun by tall buildings. Breakfast was good with choices of local dishes.

Hotel promotes a kitchen area that is totally not stocked - no dishes no cutlery so you can't use it. This is a waste of space seeing the bed area is very small. No air conditioning or fans in our room.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. Had to wait for 15 min. Very old furnishings, room was dirty. Way over priced for what it is. Will never return and do not recommend.

I liked to enjoy the room at the 7th floor at this hotel. The 7th floor is very clean and I had the pleasure to meet "Dona Helena" who could be considered the best housekeeper in São Paulo. :)

They were very kind to upgrade me to a better room. Great room! So value for money and comfort were excellent. The frontdesk check-in was a very good customer experience.

I came back after midnight and the garage didn't open for 5 to 10 minutes. So I maneuver and left the keys with the frontdesk. Didn't feel secure.

Staff very nice and helpful. Cafe de manhana excellent. Large rooms with sliding doors between bedroom and living room area that makes room like a suite.

The Landmark Residence is a flat service (you will see lots of residents in the place, which seemed calmer than a Hotel), very well located, situated two blocks away from the Av. Paulista and the Metro Station of Consolação, near excellent restaurants and cafes and the shopping street "Oscar Freire". It has cable TV with international and movie channels, free wi-fi internet and a spacious room with balcony and good beds. The staff is sympathetic and helpful and the continental breakfast is the best feature of the hotel (above the avarage for Hotels with the same standard in São Paulo that I stayed) with fruits, fresh juices, integral itens, assorted breads and cakes, "pão de queijo", pastries and eggs and sausages.

By the time we were hosted, the Flat was already feeling the age in the furniture and the old and stink carpet in the standard rooms - so If you can, pick the superior rooms (however, depending on the cost at the time, you may be able to find other Hotels with good value for money too) - there is a old bathtube in the shower space, which may be difficult to get in and out of the shower and looked dirty due to using mark. The carpet is evidently old and stinks, needing replacement ASAP (be careful if you are alergic). Although spacious, the space of the room is not well divided, there is much space in the living room, but limited space in the bedroom, so it is difficult to walk among the beds and near the wardrobe. It lacks sockets to recharge your electronics near the bed. The furniture is aged, old fashioned and the small kitchen is uselless since there is only the stove, but no microwaves, cutlery and crockery to have a meal in the room. Also, although being free, the wi-fi requires a voucher, so you can only connect one device at time by room.

The staff they are open to answer any request, my special thanks to Sandro the front desk guy...and to all people working there. The room was exactly as showed in the picture...everything as described!!! The breakfast was sorted and deliciously good.

Good location, close to Paulista av. helpful staff, free internet, quite big room.

Room is very clean and good size I like there balcony. It is in nice area for shopping and many good restaurants too. If I can pay same rate about 75 pounds per night I like to stay again.

goode location close to avenida paulista ande the shopping around oscar freire. rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. well equiped and up to date gym. friendly and knowledgeable hotel staff

Great location close to Jardin area & Av Paulista. Big suite with mini bar, cooking facilities and flat screen TV with cable networks (including BBC!) even had a free combination safe in the room. Staff were always very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was extensive and the coffee the best I've had. The free lunch buffet on my last day was excellent and being able to stay in the room until 12 was helpful. All in all a great small hotel with a bar restaurant on site. Well done to the management and staff.

Room was very tired, not clean, same decor of 30 years ago.

Perfect location and very nice staff！I will book the same hotel next time when I go to Sao Paulo.

Little ants around the sweet basket (part from the minibar), mold on the bathroom ceiling, taking a comfortable shower is just possible for people who are max. 1,70 m in hight, poor english of some staff members

Comfortable pillows

The staff were unfriendly and not helpful. In fact almost rude.

The elevator is kinda old fashion, really cool to me! I am not sure about why we got vochors in hotel restaurant for lunch in weekend for free. It was nice and suprise. The brackfast have many options. The location is nice, many restaurant, markets, bar, cofee shops, etc close by. The service in hotel is nice!

As the good part I mentioned, we got free lunch in hotel. But the service from one of restaurant waitress attitude was so bad. There are some nice waiter and waiterness, but a bad one can totally destroy the mood of eating.
