Near business area, good quality for a cheap rate, nice suites, cheap and good internet conexion and free cable TV. Breakfast included. Bathrooms are quite old, need a refurbishment. |

the breakfast was ok, the pool was ok, there were enough space in the room and it was very closed to where I was working. The best thing however was that it is beside the WTC, a lovely place for shopping and the parking is free. the carpet was old and in a horrible color. the rooms need renovation and the restaurant smells funny, like the walls were humid. |

The fact that fitness and pool were open at any time, even if they said from 7 am to 10 pm. Breakfast is also overy good.The location is quiet, so we could sleep with open windows and without ac. One can reach from there the important paarts of the city in a few minutes.And they have ainhous parking service, very efficient. |

Os funcionários são bem atenciosos e prestativos. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis e o café-da-manhã é diversificado e farto. A única coisa que não corresponde ao que foi anunciado no site é a distância do hotel para o Estádio do Morumbi. De acordo com a Booking.com o hotel fica a 2.7 km do estádio, quando na verdade a distância é de 8 a 10 km (uma diferença considerável). |

Adorei a hora de ir embora, que quase se antecipou dramaticamente pela péssima acolhida e condições de decadência do hotel. O serviço de internet é cobrado, mas não funciona. Wireless apenas no lobby, onde não há acomodações e o acesso é péssimo. Os funcionários não são gentis e não sabem dar informações. Não há manutenção. Os mosquitos são companhia permanente. O que mais não se poderia apreciar? Café da manhã com pão dormido, ralo do chuveiro entupido, ar condicionado que não funciona. Chuveiro em mil pedaços e espalhando água por todos os lados! E ao comunicar aos funcionários, apenas dizem que vão ver o que podem fazer e nunca mais retornam ou apenas olham para o cliente com olhar desamparado. Ah! E o inglês que falam! Lamentável! |

O que mais gostei de minha estadía foi o bom servicio, atençáo e inteligencia dos funcionarios e empregados. Confort do servicio e ubicaçáo excelente en Brooklin Novo perto do centro e Autódromo. A temperatura do agua na piscina do andar 20. |

O que mais gostei foi a localização, próximo ao evento do qual eu iria participar, que foi no Sheraton. Achei o restaurante muito caro, mas dentro do nível do hotel. Mas para quem está a negócios sem ser Pessoa Jurídica fica muito caro. Servem pratos mais baratos, mas somente no apartamento.com solicitação |

Da limpeza, localização, atendimento. Quartos bem confortáveis, com ótima infraestrutura para quem viaja a negócios ou precisa de um pouso para dormir bem e com conforto. Jamais servirem mortadela que não seja Ceratti no café da manhã. |
