The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a lovely location, near shops, restaurants, etc. The little outdoor heated pool amongst sofas etc was very pleasant. I was able to do some work seating in the sunshine, excellent for Londoners. The common areas are trendier than the actual rooms which are bit traditional. Overall a pleasant stay. Little niggles: no printed list of numbers/hotel facilities; spa was ridiculously expensive; kettle was provided but no cups/tea/coffee; hairdryer plug didn't fit in the bathroom plug, had to go out with wet hair (in fact there was a knack to fitting it but some of the staff did not know it); my room was very small, and lastly it was clear that they saved a bit on the hotel refurb as some of the... |

Perfect location in Jardins. Excellent facilities (gym, pool...). Good breakfast buffet with most helpful staff. Upon early arrival (just a couple of hours), I was told I would be charged for an early check-in, which I agreed to. However, I did not find fair that they would charge exactly the same daily rate offered at booking.com. |

las instalaciones tradicionales, la ubicacion y por sobre todo, la nostalgia de haberlo conocido en epocas mejores la desproporcionada explotacion del pasajero, cobrando precios absurdos por servicios sin costo, como por ejemplo internet, o el desayuno en el cuarto cobrado como si no estuviera incluido en la diaria, o el ridiculo tipo de cambio para vender dolares. |

Bon accueil, personnel très agréable et disponible. Très bon petit déjeuner. Bien placé dans la ville. Tout pour être un top spot, dans le genre, mais...... L' usage du fitness center, au delà de la première séance, est payant y compris pour les hôtes de l'hôtel. Je trouve que cela revient à faire payer l' usage des installations, comme s'il fallait payer pour accedèr à la piscine, par exemple.De plus, la présentation vante l' existence du fitness center, très bien équipé, c'est vrai, mais sans préciser les conditions d'accès. Si cela ne change pas, je ne séjournerais plus dans cet hôtel |

O design do hotel é muito bonito, alem de ser novo e portanto a qualidade é muito boa.Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e tentão sempre ajudar O hall de entrada e o bar estavam demasiado frios pois o espaço é muito grande e aberto. Os vidros dos quartos deviam ser duplos pois dá para ouvir o transito. Os elevadores são algo ruidosos evite ficar perto do elevador. O spa começou a pouco e as funcionárias ainda teem pouca experiencia alem de ser caro |
