For Brasilian standards, this was definitely a good hotel, a real 4 stars. Rooms clean and spacious, very nice breakfast, beachfront, very friendly and helpful staff.

Recommend this hotel highly for Recife area. The staff are excellent very friendly and accommodating. Speak English.great location and all rooms have ocean view. Free valet parking.

The Internet is free everywhere but week. It seems that is the case throughout Recife

The rooms were large & spacious and modern. The restaurant food was very good. English was spoken by most staff, to a degree. Those who didn't speak English tried or got someone to help.

There was little decor, especially in the lobby and restaurant. No wall hangings and very few plants. Looked sterile & incomplete. This wasn't really a resort area and not much immediately around the hotel.

The hotel is very clean with ceramic floors and has no mold which is a plus for someone that suffers from severe allergies like I do. It's right by the beach and very close to the shopping RioMar( the newest and best mall in Recife) The staff are nice and helpful.

The price, but again hotels in Recife are always very expensive.

It's a brand new hotel, the neighborhood is good and it's beachfront. Room size is good.

First and most important: huge security breach. When I checked in, the front desk guy gave me a room number and key. I proceeded to room and when I opened the door there were a couple sleeping in the room. They woke up frightened without a clue about what was happening. I apologized, returned to front desk and the people over there didn't seem to know why they gave me the wrong room number. Also, there are some major room design flaws like the air conditioning split being on the edge of the room, near the bed, thus, bed area is usually cold but near the window, on the other end of the room, is usually hot. In my humble opinion, tv is fixed too low on the wall making it hard to watch when you are lied on bed.

Staff was awesome...took care of all our needs

The price I though was too high...we were charged an additional 25% with the third person in the room which I though was steep

Great view from the apartments. Even from the standards one. Also very spacious.

The bathroom looks like the one you find at the hospitals. The other think is the restaurant should be at higher floor so you could have a better view while having breakfast or dinner.

The room was big, with seaview. The breakfast buffet was nice. Quiet, despite the road nearby. Several bars/restaurants within walking distance. English speaking staff.

Although there was free wifi, the quality of the connection inside the room was not good.

The view of the ocean is magnificant and the balcony is very nice.

Because there is no carpet, it is loud, when doors close it is very loud.

I didint feel like vacation. Rooms are small. Staff very rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was bad because fruits were old. The hotel facilities were so tiny. I don't recommend. Terrible place for children.

It's an excellent hotel in many aspects, clean, new, no mold or dust for alergic people like us, pleasant and confortable and the staff is very helpful and nice. In reality they're always trying to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. And breakfast is of good quality. I would recomend it a 100%.

Room service quality was poor. When we sent one meal back, we were still charged for it. Also, R$13 for one bucket of ice was pricey.

We had a nice beach view,and the room was large,clean and modern and well worth the price.Breakfast the next morning was included and was very satisfactory.If we were travelling through Recife again,we would book this hotel.

- Spacious room; - balcony with view! - valet parking, cool car when you need it!

- Staff is very, very slow in reacting to request; one morning swimming pool (open at 6 am?) was only opened after 3 calls and visit to lobby to ask last time. This was around 8 am; - staff of parking is totally unhelpful; - rooms are great as mentioned above, but we never so such an uninspiring lobby and restaurante. Any restaurante por kilo in Brasil has even more design, and certainly more atmosphere """Prestige"" far to be found

All the staff were extremely helpful, but especially the two women who were on the night shift. They were our heroes!

O hotel é simplesmente fantástico! Os funcionários são muito atenciosos.

Para empanar o brilho do hotel tivemos um incidente na chegada, porque uma segurança me perguntou na chegada se eu tinha certeza de que era aquele o hotel que eu buscava, apesar de ter lhe mostrado o comprovante da reserva. Enquantofui até a recepção realiza nosso check in, ela não satisfeita, dirgiu-se ao carro onde estava minha mulher e lhe indagou novamente, se tinhamos certeza de que era aquele o hotel. A única conclusão que chegamos foia de que ela não nos achou no à altura do nível do hotel. Atitude lamentável dela que foi prontamente contornada com um pedido de desculpas da recepção do hotel. Mas esta infeliz atitude não tira os méritos do hotel.
