- Location - Staff always there to help
- Small hall - Restaurant not open for diner - Executive Rooms are of old styles with small bathrooms - Swimming pool is too small and water looked not so clean
I loved the size, cleanliness, and general comfort of the room and bathroom. Having a two bedroom suite option was perfect for 3 adults (2 of which are married). While it was centrally located hotel, it is on a quiet street which allowed for good rest. I also really enjoyed the daily included breakfast.
I did not like that one shutter did not have a window behind it. It was difficult to regulate the room temperature as a result. The bathroom also needs a ventilaton system or fan.
The staff were very helpful always ready to please and find a solution
I cannot think of anything
Good location. English speaking staff.
I liked the location. and it was fairy clean.breakfast was good too.
Very bad Internet connectivity. .We had to wait for long to received password and login. The hotel some time change the login and passwords many times. . Lobby and the room has different password which cause much problems if I was moving from one place to another. Lobby is very small. And most of the time only one person working at the reception. .i had to wait some very often to get served. The female member of the staff at the reception who was on duly on the 15th June 2014 at Aprox. 15.30 was very Un experienced in his duty. Must get training in hospitality industry's and confronting clients.
Location is not bad. It got a fitness gym.
Rooms are small, cold, badly designed, small bathroom, bad bedsheets, bad AC, dated, no real lobby. Discomfortable furniture and shower.
Great location; refurnished rooms; car valet service available
room cleaning under average; breakfast personal demotivated
Location (Jardins is a great quarter in Sao Paulo). Facilities (refurnished rooms, Car Parking Valet service). Staff (reception and security) very polite and helpful.
Aircon does not work well. Breakfast staff demotivated. Breakfast room aged.
Room is very comfort and clean. Very good tv program, bradkfast is ok. Will retune to stay again. They are friendly and helpful.
Internet need to login very two hours
Two people who work in the reception are not polite.
Good Hotel, Nice location. Staff is always pleasant
- Cleanliness - Location
following were not available: - Would required to provide sufficient water - Kettle for preparing Tea/coffee - In the Restaurant the menu card as well as breakfast desk should contain English version - Atleast one staff in the restaurant there should be an English speaking person.
Clean, nice staff and great location.
Breakfast was not bad.
The hotel rooms don't match the photos! Look like 3star apartment rooms really... Poor staff service, even if they spoke English they were just indifferent to guests. It's quite a walk uphill to reach the metro station.
well located friendly staff
weird AC system located behind curtains, works but not really practical
I loved the rooftop pool, gym and lounge.
The location isn't that close to Paulista Avenue and required a good fifteen minute walk uphill every time...
The bathroom needs to be maintenance,
location, nice suites
the personal was rather improfessional. We were not informed about brackfast-times. One day it ended at 10.30 a.m., the other at 10.00, so that we could not take that day, arriving at 10.20 a.m. They did not clean the rooms, althoug I gave to the girl 1 Dollar for cleaning at the moment of leaving the room.
the room has plenty of space
old fashioned air conditioning, blowing on your legs and feet
Very good Breakfast Perfect Location Nice Staff
The cooling (AC) was much too small for the apartment and blew a lot of dirt into the room without cooling. But this was really minor, the hotel is a very good place for reasonable price in jardims.
Location was good.
Air Conditionar was poor.
The hotel has very nice, clean and comfy rooms and offers a good breakfast and a small but decent gym.
The staff/reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, spacious and had a kitchenette with microwave and coffee-maker and would be very family-friendly. It was reasonably convenient for public transport although it was a bit of an uphill walk to the metro. The breakfast was good. Despite the choice of time to stay, we still got to see the fireworks on Avenida Paulista (which may not have matched Rio for example) and a few other sights. Having heard mostly bad press about SP, we were pleasantly surprised. Although it is incredibly big with tall buildings everywhere, it still had some nice parks and the people were gererally friendly.
No fault of the hotel that we picked two days that straddled the New Year when nearly everything was closed!
Big room, friendly staff, good location, gym, sauna and pool.
Pool is so small, that you will hardly use it I tried ti use sauna once. It was iff, so i turned it on, waited for about an hour and it was not hot enough, so i gave up. Breajfast could be better, for a long stay i would not recommend. They took money fron my card twice (i am not talking about nonshow deposit). Now it looks like noney are back, but if it is you debit card, be prepared for that
very good breakfast
