bathroom is very small and lacks maintenance, heavy traffic around the hotel (cars & planes), cleaning service sloppy, breakfast: no variation, noisy minibar

Location, staff friendly, large rooms, safe neighborhood, good breakfast, a lot of restaurant and grocery stores around

Bathroom is not compatible with the size of the room, but this isn't a problem at all.

The services was very poor, we had a couple of issues and we call for service and had to call at least 2 times before they came, the other thing was the in-room internet, for at least 5 days of my whole stay there was no room internet due to some problems with the provider, I had to go work in the lobby, that is not acceptable for business people. I did not change hotels because I could not find vacancies in other hotels.

Location and fair rates.

The staff is great, they are always ready to answer our requests and are very kind. The room is confortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good: good quality and variety. Location is perfect. Breaksfast and car parking was included in the rate, what is a must when we talk about hotels in Sao Paulo.

The bathroom is small, this is not a major problem, but it could be larger. The location of the air conditioning is not good: when I been in the hotel it was raining. The rain drops fell down on the air conditioning box during the whole night causing a lot of noise. This disturbed our sleep during the whole night. The hotel management should study another way to install and/or protect the air conditioning equipments.

iI found it very confotable, nice room, very quite, helpful staff. Breakfast is nothing special, but is ok.

Localização e facilidades operacionais!

A distribuição dos móveis deixa o ambiente pesado, pelo menos, no ap 306, em que fiquei.

Excelente equipe, cordialidade, quarto espaçoso com mini cozinha, bom café da manhã, internet gratuita no quarto com boa velocidade, ferro de passar roupa.

O quarto que fiquei necessita de alguma manutenção: lâmpada de abajur queimada, "gambiarra" de fios exposta, e alguns outros detalhes não condizentes com um hotel desse porte.

Do atendimento na recepção.

Da comida e do sanduíche solicitados no quarto. Ruins, frios e caros. A televisão e o ar condicionado precisam ser trocados urgentemente.

O voz do banheiro realmente é pequeno não da pra qualquer um não.

Da localização, café da manhã e do quarto reformado recentemente.

Do barulho exterior, proveniente das ruas e avenidas no entorno. O estacionamento é terceirizado e deixa a desejar. Outro aspecto importante: só fique em um dos quartos reformados; aqueles que ainda não foram não vale a pena.

Eu adorei tudo. A área de lazer, bem como piscina, sala de estar e academia são excelentes. O café da manhã é delicioso. Eu fiquei encantada com a limpeza e organização do hotel. Sem mencionar que o hotel possui um ponto de táxi na sua frente, o que facilita bastante o deslocamento. Recomendo!!

Vejo muitas pessoas reclamarem do tamanho do banheiro, mas, realmente, só é um pouco incômodo na hora de entrar no box, depois, é só sucesso!!! Não vejo isso como ponto negativo.
