Great location, close to Avenida Paulista Lots of nice restaurants nearby Decent breakfast
Room decor is a bit dated Rooms are quite dark Some machines in the gym have been broken since my last visit in June (3 months ago) and others are now broken as well
I had a really great time in Sao Paulo, I would recommend this hotel : the staff is really nice and helpful !
shower too weak
Good location Kind staff
Didn't expect to be so cold at night... felt like 12'C. there is an aircondition but either not working or only has cooling function.
Very clean, good staff, good location. Safe area
Staff, location, breakfast, bed, bathroom. Generally a very good hotel, a class above many of the other hotels in the Paulista/Jardins are, a lot of which are a bit worn out/tired and needing refreshing.
wifi. For the second time the wifi has been poor and I've had to go across the road and use Starbucks. I should invoice the hotel for my coffee. It shouldn't take a whole day to do maintenance on the broadband link, surely!
I liked this hotel when you rate location convenience and other things such as cleaness and nice instalations.
I was here for just one day, i've got reservations for moré days but the price was abusive. The location is good but I found a better option just a block away. Same services, better room at one third of the price I paid for a room here. I felt like being stolen. Such a shame
Clean room, good breakfast & good location.
The rooms were modern and spacious. The photos don't do it justice because of the dark wood furniture etc. the location was probably as good as you can get. If you go exploring the side streets you will discover some really nice restaurants. Our view was brilliant. Ask for a high floor. The swimming pool area was excellent but as with all hotels in brazil in June the water is too cold to swim in ! The reception staff. Talk about helpful. They were brilliant. Taxis outside will take you anywhere locally for £2-3
Nothing. Definitely recommend this hotel
Clean room. Great size bed.
Perfect location for the first time visitor to São Paulo
Too many hills!
The location is great. Internet Wi-Fi in room was good and stable (seems it's upgraded lately). breakfast is nice. staff are nice and speaks good English.
no HD in room TV channels... (World cup days... many games on TV)
Unflexible staff, poor service, ugly rooms
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was great, we really liked the little kitchen area. The room was also very quiet which we value. The breakfast was ideal. All in all a good experience made better by the excellent staff.
Sadly for us the weather wasn't quite good enough to use the pool which was a good size.
The good and the staff.
slow check-in and checkout.
Best location for business or leisure traveler.
Staff's first impression it's not good, and it's not professional for attend.
Breakfast and location
Large spacious rooms, great location. Great Kitchenette facilities
rooms a little outdated, need to change pillows and curtains
The staff was very helpfull, breakfast was great, the location near the Avenida Paulina is super for Leisure and business people, free parking, room service was fast and good.
The air conditioner was not working well at all the whole stay even after asking the staff to do something about it. My room was not what I wanted and when I ask to change rooms I was told they couldn't. The bed was to small and I was told to push the two beds together. Staff kept staring at me all the time which is not polite in any culture. It made me feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was very limited and not very fresh. Eggs, bread, ect.
Staff was very nice and helpfull. Large rooms, nice pool and gym, good breakfast.
Internet connection is very poor.
Breakfast could have been rich in variety
This hotel has the worst internet connection amongst all the hotels I've stayed in Sao Paulo. If you need internet for work, don't stay there.
No service, no towels at pool, no slippers, water, bathrobe... Low cost airline style hotel.
